I was super satisfied with my visit! Everyone was super nice and made me feel so comfortable. The Dentist and the hygienist handled me with care and compassion. I had 2 hours work done. From the time I called to book an appointment to my examination to the aftercare to the financial they were professional, compassionate, and caring. I appreciate the 5 star customer service from everyone in the office. It’s difficult to find this type of amazing customer service from an entire staff!

Super friendly, extremely knowledgeable, and caring. It has been extremely hard to find a good dentist in Georgia but i was extremely happy with my visit. Chad A. Till, DMD, Frederick, and all the staff where a joy and were very professional making sure I got the right treatment for my needs.

I came here for a second option on a tooth that I wanted to possibly extract. The staff here was nothing short of amazing. They listened to my concerns, took the time to explain the procedure, the financial break down, and even got me in the same morning for the procedure. So I didn’t have to leave and come back another day. The ladies at the front desk were an absolute delight and so accommodating with my husbands weird work schedule. They took their time to make sure everything was the way we needed it to be and gave me a full breakdown of what I was responsible for. Katie was my hygienist and was bubbly and friendly and immediately made me feel comfortable. She listened to me and expressed my concerns to the dentist before I even saw him so he knew how I felt and prepped for both possibilities. The dentist Dr. Till took his time explaining everything, I did not feel like a number he was trying to get through. He gave me his opinion and explained why he thought that way. He made me feel heard and comfortable. Overall this was by far one of the best experiences I’ve ever had at a dentist office! I highly recommend them!

I've been going here for almost a year and I cannot say enough GOOD things about this office. I had a terrible toothache and Dr. Till took great care of me! He is so gentle and caring! I hope to be a patient here for a very long time! ?

Amazing experience from start to finish. The staff were very nice and professional. Melissa was my hygienist. She was soo sweet and gentle with me. Dr. Till was also very warm and welcoming. They made a very scary thing for me so easy and great. Definitely recommend for anyone with sensitive teeth and/ or scared of dentists. Thank you :)

Wonderful office staff and dentists. I always feel welcomed and cared for when visiting the office for a cleaning or procedure. I had a fairly intensive procedure done a while back. The office staff called and checked on me several times. I highly recommend this practice.

I love this place! They are so personable and they really treat you like family here. I had a lot of dental work that I needed to get done and they really worked with me and made my experience so pleasant. And they also helped build my confidence with my smile. Thank you so much.
