Sent my credit into collections for a bill I never once received. When I called, they informed me the bill had been mailed to the wrong address. I provided my correct address and ask they please mail me a bill, as I wanted to see an itemized list of what I was being charged for when I was admitted to the hospital for a dislocated thumb last March. She said they would gladly send me one. Months later, no bill and they continue to ding my credit. Had I not gone into the hospital myself and happened to speak to another woman who had experienced a similar situation, I would not even have the slightest clue who was billing me. Horrible business practice - especially in the medical field.

after getting no where with this physician in 6/2018, this week i start receiving harassing calls from a collection agency that says i owe 209.00. will not send me a paper bill, says they have. wants me to turn over my debit info and they hang up every time i get 5 words in. sucking their teeth, very disrespectful, i will not pay them i will pay the office and if they dont accept it, oh well. This company needs to get a better way of communication on bills. i will never return to Memorial, id rather die.

We found this Dr’s group on our credit report. We never received a bill. Sent to collections 2 years AFTER date of service. They NEVER submitted a claim TO our insurance company. Trying to get a hold of them is a three ring circus. I believe it’s time to find a local attorney to get these Dr’s to be held responsible for their billing department as it’s LAW they ultimately are the ones that have to over see what those billing are doing. It is a surprise as every other claim for that date of service was paid in full. I will die before I got to Memorial Hospital for ANY service after the treatment there and how they are sneaky about how they do their billing too.

just an awful company. i was making payments on a bill. i had made two payments. all of a sudden i get a letter from a debt collection agency saying i owes more than what the remaining balance was. there needs to be a class action lawsuit against this company for this bull. now it’s on my credit report and killed my credit. just a terrible company. why do i get a 1200 dollar ER bill for a visit lasting no longer than 9 hours. seeing a doctor for 10 minutes out of that time. that doctor doesn’t even deserve 5 bucks for that visit.

So, tonight I goes to check my check report, scores, and identity when I notice there is a hospital bill on my credit report. I never received a bill, and it looks like they're over charging me for a visit to ER. I'm very disappointed to know that this company has done a dig on my credit., I can't go into the billing department because of the CONVID-19 situation, so I will call on Monday. However, This is the second time and I think it's time this company be brought to the light. I'm going to contact a news station or two and let them know that there are several people who are having a problem with this company. I honestly believe someone is pocketing the extra money, and the catch is never spend the bill to the person, but instead send it to collections, so you will have to pay extra. This is not legal and I'm going to sue.

I am from out of town and had an unfortunate incident where I was escorted to Memorial. Upon arrival I refused any services. I was not given any HIPPA forms to complete and sign, so basically I was never admitted. Then I was escorted out. My escort who has no relation to me or is not allowed to make any decisions on my behalf must have given them my former contact information because all I know is I am in collections. I never received a bill or notification because they didn’t have my consent or proper information for that matter. As a single hard working woman who has provided over 10yrs of service in the medical field, I am saddened that this is occurring to patients. I have called the billing department and left numerous messages, to no avail. And the collection agency representatives are trained to be rude so you can only imagine the respect I received when I called for assistance. Even if I am unable to resolve this issue I hope that this review will make people reconsider who they want to invest their money in for their care.

My husband came here and we got a bill for $344 with a supposed denial claim from my insurance. Contacted our insurance and they said they never received the claim so it must have been sent to the wrong address. After seeing the rest of the complaints on here I'm beginning to think this may be intentional to get patients to pay them more. You think they would better train their billing department after so many bad reviews all on the same thing or better yet hire someone new who can do this job. This is unacceptable.

Adult / college student used services and I paid the bill. A year + later, the bill showed up on her credit report as unpaid. When I call, since I’m the insured and paid the bill, they won’t talk to me but at least I can get a human on the phone. When my daughter tries to call, she gets a recording saying she owes $ 0.00 and there is no option to speak to a human. Ridiculous that a paid bill is on her credit report and no one can help rectify the issue.
