An absolutely HORRIBLE experience I will never go back there. I would not recommend anyone going there. DR.SAILOR is very rude, racist, and unprofessional. My concerns were not addressed nor taken seriously. With my issue with my eyes I’m afraid of loosing my sight and I had to leave just like this still afraid feeling as though I did not get the proper care. All I wanted was help and the way was I treated was totally unacceptable for any one. A waste of time and money. 0/5

Staff was friendly and helpful. Paperwork took a while and maybe the ability to do it online would have been helpful, but the tests weee very thorough and Dr. Goldstein was very knowledgeable and helped to alleviate my mother’s concerns about upcoming surgery. She also took time to give me advice on my own eye issues. Overall very impressed and I am going to switch to this doctors office.

I had a wonderful visit with Dr Goldstein! Her office staff was pleasant and professional from the minute I walked in. Her ophthalmic technician was extremely proficient and knowledgeable, and very nice. I work in the healthcare arena, and recognize and appreciate good customer service. Dr Goldstein has exceptional bedside manner; she’s a great listener and uses the info gathered during the exam to explain the results in simplistic terms. This was my first visit with a new physician after my ophthalmologist of 35 years retired. I have a serious eye condition and was quite concerned that I may not find another excellent eye doctor. But I did. I’d highly recommend her.

I was early to my appointment to do paperwork and didn't get seen until over an hour past my appointment time. Scheduled cataract surgery but they don't have anyone there to discuss insurance and what it's going to cost or how to contain costs. No discussion of manual v. laser surgery, just a video to sell you on laser. No one could give any price guidance. If money is no object it's great, but I'm going to have to spend time seeing if I can get their billing office to figure out with me what this is going to cost.

I was greeted with a smile and seen promptly. Everyone was professional. This was a follow up visit , my second visit with Sailor. My ophthalmologist of 30 years retired so I was hesitant about going to a new doctor. I am very pleased with the services that I have received from Dr. Sailor and her staff.
