This is the sweetest doctor's office. The staff is so kind (my experience was with Miss Charmaine and Julia), and they are accommodating, gently honest, and very knowledgeable. Excited to come back in the future and highly recommend!

Absolutely LOVE my doctor Julia daniels! She is the absolute best, always is there for my needs! And is so polite and kind, although.. the older lady that is always at the front desk is always so rude when I come in. I don’t know why, but is so unnecessary as I show her respect, and she is so rude to me when I ask her questions, or if I don’t do something the way she wants it done after I explain something to her. I’m here to see my doctor not argue and be disrespected by the front desk clerk. Very dissatisfied and very uncomfortable with the customer service here. I should feel welcome at my doctors office.

I was prescribed medication on 10-18-23 by Dr. Recasens. The medication caused me headaches and severe dizziness. I reached out to the office the same day with hopes of getting a different medication prescribed, one that would help me. I was sent to voice-mail with a promise of a call back within 24hours. I never received that call....SO i called again on 10-19-23 and was told there was some meeting and I would have to call back the following day (10-20-23)...and I did, only to find out Dr.Recasens was not in the office. And now the office will be closed over the weekend and I need help now! I have severe anxiety and was told these guys could help. I was told wrong. However, in light of the situation the staff at the call center are VERY nice. I need a doctor I can rely on. If you decide to go here for your health needs I wish you best of luck.

I have been seeing her for some time. She is truly remarkable, caring and very professionall! I would give her 10 stars if I could. Her job is also not always easy, but what job is easy nowadays?She does care about her patients no matter what the reason is for seeing her. You go, Julia,. I wish there were more people like her that care as much as she does! I vote her the best...

The staff at Georgia Mountains Health have always been so wonderful to work with on a professional level with my pharmacy, but I recently had the pleasure of being their patient for a vaccination. The experience was easy, convenient, and caring from start to finish. Sheila is a pro vaccinator and I will definitely return for future vaccinations : )

I am not pleased with the way the nurse practitioner handles things. I went in due to I had several surgeries from a car wreck. My surgeon said my visits would be cheaper to go to regular dr. Office. So they could keep me on my antibiotics. So after all that explaining all that had went on . All I ended up with was my story of what all I had went through. I ended up with her telling me it was a fascinating story. And she would Not give me a prescription for antibiotics.
