they literally treat my daughter like family. The balance of professionalism and compassion is not always something you see so openly in most cases and I am so grateful for it. They are truly amazing for making what would otherwise be a difficult situation, more tolerable. Thank you all so much ❤️

If your having leg pain please do yourself the favor of calling Ga vascular (Dr Neal Shirey). My experience has been life changing. I can't say enough good things about the care I received, or the quality of service I got from the entire staff.

I have never had a doctor to fight for my care as much as Dr. Shirey and his team has. My overall experience is a 10. The nurses had great bed side manners and they were very professional and consistent & considerate of my needs. From Christy to Toby and Lauren and Dr. Shirey at the head I really appreciate you guys and everyone else in this practice. I highly recommend you going to this establishment. They treated my Fibroids using the UFE method. When everyone else turned me down he gave me hope and performed this surgery. So I thank God for people like their team that will help you through a rough time like this. So if you're having any problems with Fibroids and haven't already booked please book and get the experience that I did. Thanks team again for doing a great job.

I had an appointment today 03/28/23, and my power was out, due to a horrible storm in Macon, Ga., which means that I was not able to make the appointment. My phone was dead and there was no way to charge it. There was no electricity. My lights came back on at 10:45 am today and they weren't worried about my safety or anything. They charged me a $50 "no call no show fee." How can a person call with no phone, due to no electricity. A lot of schools were flooded 03/27/23, due to the storm and several homes and trees were down and I went w/o power for a while. They were really rude, demeaning and radical. A young lady called back after I spoke with a lady, whom was really rude and impolite and she lies and says "she heard me screaming at one of the workers when I was advising what happened," and that was a total lie. I never screamed. I never scream. I just write reviews when businesses act inappropriate like this one. Also, the young lady hung up in my face when I said I was doing a review and said "it was slander" for me to do a review. That is not slander, that is what happened and my truth. Slander, is making up things "not to be true." They are awful. They were really nice at first to get the appointment but after that, they were really rude. Also, reviews are for consumers to make their commentary. Ask Yelp and google reviews. I am calling my radio station that had them on a commercial to let them know of how they treat potential customers. I refuse to spend my money where I am not appreciated. "No respect or care, no money from me." Simply put.

I am responding to the response from the owner. I never became abusive or threatening. Not once, because I choose to do reviews for people to know how establishments act. Why tell lies saying I was rude? It's sad that people love to say people of color are rude and especially threatening. Is that what you think about people of color anytime they voice a concern? It was an outage and for you to accuse a potential customer of lying that shows and proves the rudeness of your staff and mischief. The review was never about the money in particular but it was apart of it. It shows you guys do not show care. Also, it was the rudeness from your staff. You guys were very nice in the beginning but when I called and advised of the weather, that is when your establishment because argumentative with me and rude. It's very sad for an establishment to be so rude. I don't doubt the doctor is great but the front office is what I am talking about. Not the doctor. The front office was horrible, rude, demeaning and you guys are liars also to fit your narrative. To tell someone they are doing a review is not a threat it is holding the right I have as person whom interacted with your front office. Professionalism was truly not there in the front office. Plus, you are lying. There was an outage and Ga. Power wouldn't talk to your establishment about my home. I called today and they verified that to me. Again, it shows you guys are liars. Also, I never signed anything for a missed appointment. You have to have signed literature or verbal binding at the beginning of scheduling the call, which you guys never did. That means financially you guys do what you feel and further proves your front office is unprofessional and rude. I hope that you take this review and grow from it. One thing about bad business and customer service is that it can last for a while but your actions eventually catch up to you. I have told the radio station of the ordeal and the lies that I also caught you guys in today. I wish your establishment luck on all of your endeavors. Also, visited another business "in Bibb County" for my health needs. I wouldn't dare allow your company to touch me. Not with the venomous spirit that your company has. Again, much luck and remember telling lies are not positive and it will eventually hurt your establishment by fewer customers.
