I met with Sammie at Golden Endurance, for a patellar tendon issue in my knee after running my first 50 miler. Within one session and less than two weeks of prescribed exercises, the issue was resolved! I then went to help with my ongoing shin splints, and yet another issue completely resolved! I HIGHLY recommend anyone who is dealing with a running related issue give them a visit!

Sammie is such an amazing coach and physical therapist! She genuinely cares about her patients and athletes. She goes above and beyond checking in and making sure any injuries or small niggles are being addressed.

For PT, each appointment is one and one and she maximizes each minute to get a full evaluation with workouts/treatment. She also works with my very limited schedule getting me in for an appointment (so so grateful!). As an athlete, you don’t just feel like a number or like you are apart of a copy-paste program. She checks in weekly and updates training plans as needed when injury or life happens. Overall, I have never felt stronger as a runner thanks to Golden Endurance and highly HIGHLY recommend to any runner!

I've been working with Sammie at Golden Endurance for almost a year. I had injured my hip completing a half marathon and was in significant pain and could not run. What was great about Sammie was the individualized approach and the time taken to elaborate on the PT exercises and dry needling. My hip felt better within a few weeks and I was back to running and skiing. Then I started working with Sammie on strength training and run coaching, it provided not only a huge boost on my running ability but on my confidence. I have had numerous injuries and each time Sammie works with me to get me back to running in record time. Sammie ensures every workout and every run is productive in some way for me. CANNOT SAY ENOUGH AMAZING THINGS!! I have been working with Sammie for ~4 months for ACL/meniscus recovery, and it has truly been a life changing decision to switch to her from my previous PT. I am a distance runner and climber and was about 8 months post-op and far behind the timeline I had hoped for, but in the 4 months working with Sammie I have seen SO MUCH improvement. Not only is she truly so skilled in her job, but she understands what it means to be an athlete and get back to the activities that we love. She goes above and beyond checking in after doctor appointments, meeting me on the trail to practice downhill running mechanics, and has made herself available for me to text anytime.
