Very irritated with the provider. We started receiving ST and OT services with Great strides in Jan 2024 and left because my kids didn't seem to get along very well with the providers. I then switched to Pediatric Therapy Associates and was receiving ST and OT until their ST resigned in sep 2024.

They just told us PTA merged with GSR and the speech therapy and occupational therapy would continue through them.

They now placed my kids on another waiting list again and they have not received any ST services in 2 months. Very disappointed in this process and the merger of companies resulted in my kids losing any help or services. I don't recommend this practice for your kids. The system is very unorganized

Angela (OT) and Daphne (Speech) are amazing. My child has made great progress since starting his therapy with them. It’s obvious that they take pride in their career and truly care about the children that they work with. I 100% recommend them both to anyone!

My daughter worked with Ms Daphnee to improve her pronunciation skills and we could not be happier. Ms Daphnee was enthusiastic and happy to see my daughter every session. Her positive attitude and ability to connect with children was so refreshing. Ms Daphnee was able to teach our daughter quickly and teach her techniques that we were not capable of. Highly recommend Pediatric Therapy Associates and Ms Daphnee for children's speech therapy!

My son has been in Teletherapy with Mrs. Kat for almost a year now and we love her. She is super nice, makes each session interesting so my son is engaged at all times. She is very accommodating with the schedule. I like that I’m able to hear everything that she works with my son so I can practice with him. As for the company it was very easy the process to start the speech therapy. We didn’t have to wait long months to start and that was a plus. And the fact that they offer teletherapy is a plus specially in this pandemic time we are living. I would recommend this place a 100%.

My son can be a handful. However, Ms. Angela (OT) is incredible with him. He has progressed substantially since we started there. She is excellent about incorporating his advancements with our daily habits and activities. Ms. Rena (Speech) is also fantastic. She is very patient in her approach and encourages enthusiastic participation.
This facility demonstrates professionalism, compassion, and superb knowledge every visit. I am so grateful for all they do for my family.

Highly recommend this location and the therapists. Some of the highlights: Miss Angela, Miss Michelle and Miss Daphne are very knowledgeable in their respective fields. They all work well with kids, are able to properly evaluate our child while taking the best course of action, giving recommendations to other specialty care, and executing the most effective plan of care to best help your little one. They always offer updates upon completion of the therapy session and share the progress or areas of improvement as well as communicate with you to have a base of how your child is doing outside of therapy in regards to the specific specialty. Highly recommend, nothing but positive experiences with these highly trained, educated, caring therapist. Thank you for making a difference!

It's a very good place. My son is autistic and has made too much progress, even with sensory problems that are now decreasing. He was non-verbal and now he communicates much more. He has to communicate a lot more but he talks and lets you know what he wants and needs.Angela and Rena I’m grateful for all the help your giving with my son.

My son sees Jenna Levine for speech therapy! I couldn’t be happier. At first I was nervous! My son is super shy. Jenna is super patient, and is able to help him improve significantly. He gets super excited when he sees her! My son also sees Amy Kingsworth for occupational therapy! He totally enjoys his time with her as well. Jenna and Amy are able to work together to give me back to back appointments so I don’t have to go two separate times. Overall, I feel comfortable and my son loves it!
