Loved it here. Everyone is efficient and on the same page. You feel at ease here. Dr. Le hears you out and looks at everything you're concerned about. And the hygienist, Ashley, is hands down the most gentle hygienist I've ever been to. I know a lot of people don't like the sound of scraping, but aside from that, you'll feel like you're at a spa for your teeth!

Very unhappy, rude, and crabby people work at the Fleming Island location. After having to prepay $90, I asked about the insurance plan which THEY advertise in the waiting room. They said "it's the same price". Ok but don't we have to sign up for it? She took no information. Then they wanted another $400 for the work. I said I had the in office policy and it should be discounted. She acted irritated because she had to go check and get the new price. Then the dentist came in and explained what needs to be done and I asked the hygienist if she had gotten an updated price. The dentist rudely said "I'll get to that in a minute!". The new price was $160. I'm also feeling I'll find another office

My husband went to get his wisdom teeth pulled. They told us we could do the monthly payment plans after the surgery was done, but then requested 800 up front before the surgery. Which we didn't have, so they turned us away. After spending 400 on the CT scan and another 10 on the antibiotics. Not only that, but when they called to confirm the appointment, they didn't give us an address. When we called back SEVERAL times, we got no answer. When they left a voicemail, they only gave attitude.

Had a very good experience with the doctor and staff very nice and helpful and very knowledgeable and they are very affordable and take most insurance plans I recommend them to everyone who needs a good dentist and very good dental work done

The professional staff is truly amazing - pleasant, thorough, caring, and excellent at their craft.

The support staff, although pleasant in person, will NEVER answer the phones.

If you're running late, need to reschedule, or have any questions the only way to get help is to stop what you're doing and drive to the location ? If stopping in isn't an option you're just out of luck.

I called for two weeks straight and left several messages but NEVER received a callback or email. They don't have a portal for patients so there is nothing to support patients aside from the unprofessional and unresponsive support staff.

After some investigating, I learned that Greensburg has a reputation for not answering phones or following up.

You know things have changed when a business is fully staffed (there are always at least 3 to 5 people sitting at the front desk), being paid to work reception yet are allowed to completely ignore this aspect of their job while still receiving full paychecks on payday?

I'm hoping something changes soon. If you're thinking about visiting this office and are sure you'll never need to call to communicate with anyone then give this place a shot. The hygienists and dentists are outstanding!

Great place! My dentist recently retired so thank lord I found Greenberg in Fleming. They took care of me like I was a VIP. I've never seen or heard a rude word or deed in there (they could be accused of being too nice lol)

Always professional, patient, sweet and prompt even when I had an emergency procedure.

Only complaint... I enjoy a little down time in the waiting room, but they call my name as soon as I find something interesting on my phone- never fails! They are too quick!

PS I will be bringing my daughter here as well.

Absolutely amazing! My family of five al go here and I've not had one issue. My oldest has braces and he just recently got them removed. Dr. Long on the orthoside is very through and makes sure you walk out with understanding everything....We have also seen Dr. Garcia on the dentist side and she is amazing as well and definitely tends to cowards (as I am). I also want to give big kudos to ortho assistant Mrs. Wendy. She heard me telling my son he may need to drive as i felt like I was going to pass out and she immediately jumped to assist me and get me right! She recognized I was having low sugar as a diabetic. I am extremely thankful for her help that day.
