I would never in a million years willing bring someone I love to this terrible establishment. This place doesn't even desire one star. The administrator Lisa Haywood is the rudest, unhappiest, meanest, pathological lair that has probably hit that building.

My grandmother is in hospice and Lisa Haywood is restricting her family to see her in her last few hours of life. What kind of cruel inhuman monster could do that? Not only is she denying visitation , she also has been mistreating my grandmother according to employees and current members in that facility.

Lisa Haywood hangs up on concerning family members, calls the police on family members for absolutely NO REASON and is NOTHING nice considering she works with elderly people-- you would think she has a nice sweet personalty. WRONG! she is EVERY bit of evil and doesn't deserve to be an administrator. please-- I beg you. DO NOT bring someone you love here and if you have someone you love under her care, GET HELP NOW!!

My parents were taken to Green Point Nursing Home because several years ago it was a nice nursing home, and that is where they wanted to go. It's an old facility, not kept clean anymore. There are dirty dishes piled up in the kitchen, roaches crawling around in the rooms, the bathroom sinks don't have hot water. The staff are smiling and friendly to your face, but many of the people living there are neglected. Within a few months my mother passed away, and less than a week after she died, my dad was in the hospital. My dad passed away 15 days after mom. So, if you want your loved ones neglected and forgotten, take them to Green Point Nursing Home.

The 1.7 is too high of a rating for this facility. They have a super high turnover rate. Especially the higher ups this place has a demonic spirit there. There was or should say is a resident there that wanted to get baptized and
accommodations and plans were made only to later be denied. The in house minister refused to grant the residents wish for some reason. Due to the residents disability only sprinkling water was needed but something as miniscule as that was obviously too big of a task for said minister. This place has gone to hell in a hand basket. Pun intended.

I have visited Greene Point Nursing Home. Taking into consideration it’s an older building, it could be kept cleaner, there are roaches crawling around, dirty dishes piled up in stacks several feet tall in the kitchen. The staff seems friendly but the residents are being neglected. They will ask the staff for help, they will be ignored for hours. I wouldn’t let an animal live at Greene Point Nursing Home.
