One of the better surgeons in Humboldt. I traveled 300 miles to have him do my eardrum replacement. It was his track record with my brother and dad that made having him do it so compelling. I had a 30% hearing loss in my left and at best we were hoping for no further loss. When tested after the surgery I had normal hearing! My father was supposed to have some ongoing issues due to cut nerves after his cancer surgery. There end up being no cut nerves and no ongoing issues! My brother's surgery went exactly as planed.

If I could give a zero stars I would- but that isn’t an option.

My son with autism has had issues getting teeth X-rays due to a bad gag reflex. We were referred out of the area to have him put out in order to get X-rays. His general physician wouldn’t sign off on it till he was seen by an ear nose and throat doctor for other issues he was
Having.

After being referred out (to this place), we began seeing a doctor that ended up moving away. We scheduled a tonsillectomy after sleep study due to moderate sleep apnea. During the phone call with Karen, I let her know that I would like to have my sons X-rays coordinated to avoid having my son put under anesthesia twice.

A month passes by and there is absolutely NO communication letting me whether Karen was able to coordinate with the Dental hygienist to get X-rays at the same time.

I took my son in last week Wednesday for his pre Op exam where they were still questioning whether my sons X-rays was coordinated or not. BUT surgery was still confirmed to be the 27th of December. Furthermore, all of the paperwork I was sent said his surgery was scheduled for the 27th of December and the time was “TBD.” Today is the 26th, and I called to find out the time to go in for surgery and found out it was never scheduled for the 27th, but instead was scheduled for the 28th.

I ended up cancelling the surgery and plan to take my boy out of town! This place is terrible!!! I will NEVER go back nor will I EVER refer anyone to this place!
