I had an amazing experience with Dr. Jensen and his staff. I underwent a bone fusion, and while the recovery was challenging, I felt like my experience was smoother compared to others I’ve heard of. Dr. Jensen and his team were incredibly supportive throughout the process. There can be some wait times, but that’s to be expected with any doctor’s office. Overall, I’m really happy with the care I received and would highly recommend them!

I have been coming here over a year. I’ve seen Dr. Jensen the entire time! He has done surgery on my foot. & seen me for a few other things. He has recently referred me somewhere else. I’m honestly sad. He has been absolutely amazing to me. He’s a wonderful doctor. He has done absolutely everything he can to help me. I wish I could keep him as my primary doctor. Highly recommend this place. The staff are always friendly & wonderful. So is Dr. Jensen! He truly cares about his patients!

I've been to this Podiatry office 4 separate times for a permanent ingrown toenail removal. This procedure was supposed to be a one and done with a small chance of it coming back. Upon my 4th visit to get this procedure re-done I asked that the copay be waived or written off because I shouldn't have to come back 4 times for a procedure that is supposed to be one time only. They refused to waive it. In addition to this the wait is always at least an hour long. I do not recommend this office.

Terrible billing issues. I’ve had 5 appointments in the past 6-7 months. Of the 5 visits, billing has been screwed up 3 times. I’ve had to call them and provide proof that I did in fact make payment of my co-pay the same day as service to get it straightened out. Not sure what their process is, but it’s not working. To make matters worse they didn’t call me back as promised to get the billing correct. I had to call them numerous times over a matter of days. Very poor service. It’s unfortunate because I really like Dr Jensen and Dr Peaden and have trust in their abilities. I think they are the best in this area. I just can’t continue to go here when the billing causes such problems.

I feel bad for the front desk
The older patients love to take out their stress
By patrolling the waiting area, puffing their chest
Putting everyone's patience to the test 🙁

The front desk does all that it can
But patients take turns barking commands
The doctor's amazing, your needs he'll explain
But he has less time if you accuse and complain
Understand in this country, that medical billing
Is the real enemy of both, corrupting and killing
The purpose of client and patient to bond
So each understands all that is wrong
The state of the world is a tired, familiar song
And those who are scared attempt to seem strong

Please use your manners, that's all that I'm hopin'
One joked about Covid, then coughed, mouth open
And I'm laid back, that's the honest tale
Yet tolerating elderly bullies is getting so stale
Elders have manners, and grace, they are wise
They shouldn't be bullies in a frail, kind disguise

The doctor is funny, his staff are the best
But please understand they deal with lots of stress
They are stuck in a spot catering to spoiled old snots
And they love to complain, and complain oh, a lot

So give the doctor your best, and try to add good
Instead of be spiteful and denser than wood
We love our elders and neighbors, but that's a two-way street
And all the staff here are committed to ALL feet
So please don't bully them, they're kind and so sweet
The "sole" reason my pain relief quest is complete

We have been waiting forever for this office to sign a paper for our insurance company. My husband has been out of work for almost a month due to a foot injury. We need the insurance paper filled out so they can cut us a check to make rent. It's been 10 days, still not letter. They said it would take 7-10 days for hi to sign it, we had to pay $25 for the paper work to be filled out and still no one has. Also, they wrote my husband a prescription that was too expensive for us, the pharmacist said to call the Dr and ask for them to change it from capsules to tablets. No one called in, I have called the office multiple times and I'm told the same thing everytime. Tomorrow. How many tomorrow's do they need It's been 2 weeks. This place has good doctors but the nurses and front desk people are awful.

The doctor was great and his assistant. I was not fond of the front office staff the one who works the glass window, has an attitude and wants to make it out like she knows your insurance policy better than you do. I know what mine says, and what my deductible is And I will not be charged more than that, then with a smart attitude she says that’s fine but then expect a bill from your insurance. In which I know I won’t be receiving one.

I went to get an ingrown toenail out and staff were very nice 9/10 for pain (i have a very low tolerance) but if you ever come for that… take off the gauze when you get home and replace with with non adherent gauze cause i’m now dealing with gauze stuck to my nail bed and having to soak it and pull out bits and pieces of it
