Almost a month since the storms and it’s still a nightmare to live here. Management is not helping anyone who struggled financially through the storms but are offering anyone new a free month and no fees. But beware… on top of non stop construction (EVEN ON WEEKENDS) they will mark your apt repairs as complete when they don’t even come to address them. Put in 5 work orders a week ago of which they came and fixed 1 which was the easiest (clogged/slow drain) they did not send anyone to take care of the bug problem our apt is having. Said they would come the following Monday to fix the mold issue (said we should have our closet fully cleaned out) never showed. And told us the water dmg we got from Milton due to pipes was not significant and we would deal with it. Went to speak with management to try and speak to someone at corporate and they won’t allow that communication. Manager said she received both my requests and never even reached out.

ALSO THE PROP MANAGER WILL RESPOND SAYING HOW SORRY THEY ARE… she is not sorry. Literally the worst person to run such a nice community of people.

RENT SOMEWHERE ELSE! Especially if you have a family. We have a 2yr old and he can’t even leave the apt because of all the construction and has trouble napping through all the noise.

Posting again since my review from a week ago magically disappeared.
If I could leave 0 stars, I would. Don’t waste your time or money with this place. GSC does not care about their residents, they only care about a paycheck. There was no hurricane plan for the complex for starters. Residents have been left with little to no communication, and several have lost all of their belongings and their homes. There is no compassion from management whatsoever, and the first floor is now a breeding ground for mold. 9 days since Hurricane Helene- no drywall has been torn out from flooding, and the first floor apartments are still sitting with water in the walls. There is not a single working elevator in this complex, mind you they were out of date on their certifications prior to the storm, and there is no ETA on when they will be fixed. This complex is home to elderly folks who haven’t been able to leave their floors due to 0 elevator access. GSC needs to do better.

Management staff could not be more hostile and disrespectful. The new property manager is 10x worse then the one before and many things have not been to code or even working for months before this recent storm hit. Now there has been little communication with tenants about the health problems of this property. You want working elevators GOOD LUCK because they were out of code before and not going to be fixed for many many months. Whole 1st level of the building was flooded and they still have not cleaned out the sewage/ocean water or tore out the drywall... BUT they did work on fixing their office FIRST before anything else.

It's nearly impossible to get maintenance to come to your unit post Helene and Milton to fix water damage (including mold issues). However, there's no shortage of contractors working all day and night on vacant units to get them move-in ready.

Units that are vacant due to people leaving because of the lack of repairs post-hurricanes. This new management company has showed their priorities - and current residents are not at the top of that list.

Good luck to anyone who chooses to live here during the reign of GSC. They've ruined this place.

We have lived here for 5 years. With Helene we lost everything and never saw or heard from management staff for 5 days after event. Same happened after Milton (this is people's homes not a business) Sewer water destroyed our property. We paid October Rent (Hurricane happened 9/26) and have yet received a refund. Even though we had to move. NO place TO STAY. AND yet they kept our rent which we need. Terrible. Cleaned Office not residences spent two days doing office clean up then moved office to another location. Did not spend anytime on a clean up outside or in any residence. Where are the building permits for any work done. Maintenance

lives on premise yet disappeared.
We need our October Rent to move forward. Or we have to hire Morgan and Morgan to fight our battle that should not have to ge fought. You have a problem here and any professional corporation would already know this!

Location was great until the last 2 hurricanes destroyed everything. Love the area but it is too far gone at the moment. MANAGEMENT IS HORRIBLE!!! Plain and simple. They hide from tenants and refuse to address or respond to any emails. Will not return phone calls. People are stranded on the 6th/7th floors due to lack of disability access because of no working elevators (even before the hurricanes). Fire dept gets called daily to help people out of here. GSC Management has refused to address tenants requesting to move out due to accessibility issues (elevators/parking), mold, dirt/sand filled parking lots, destroyed dog park, lack of functioning pools. The residents of Gull Harbor NEED HELP and no one here or at GSC cares. It is sad that the tenants have started a class action/large group lawsuit against them and lawyers have to get involved just to get them to respond. FEMA did an inpection recently and said the elevators were out of code compliance. DO NOT RENT HERE...BEWARE.

The new Property Manager Corinna is excellent and the reason for my 5 star rating. In just her short term being here she has really made a visible difference in the property.....from tree trimming, landscaping and overall cleanliness. But probably most important is her excellent communication with the tenants with updates & what is going on at the property. It has been awesome! Great customer service & friendly to the tenants, which to be honest has been lacking here for the last two years.

My husband and I have lived at Gull Harbor for over 16 years, so
it's evident that we really enjoy it here. The current staff is outstanding; in fact it's the best group of people since the building was sold several years ago. In the office, Sierra and Leigh are fabulous. They are friendly and always responsive to everything in a short amount of time. In fact, we hope they will stay for a long time. It would be difficult to find a better duo.
The staff, Eli, and now Matt are great also. They have so many tasks between the two buildings, but always take the (extra) time to turn up when needed.
If you are thinking of moving to a new apartment near the beach, you will find a better staff and a complex with wonderful amenities you might at other places.
