This clinic needs a renovation the building is so old. 😑

Esta clínica necesita ser renovada urgentemente, todo se ve super viejo, la pintura se esta cayendo en partes de lo viejo que esta el building.

Let’s start off with Lisa is HORRIBLE! Rude and unprofessional, I called the office over 15 times….no answer. My father went to the clinic in person to see why they wouldn’t answer but before going up to the front desk he just observed, I called and they were just chitchatting, SO unprofessional. You can’t get anything done over the phone so be ready to waste gas to go in person for any request!…My father has diabetes and they gave him a more expensive medicine and he couldn’t afford it. He had to go WEEKS without his medicine before they changed it, I had to go in person and make them change it to the one the insurance covered, because once again …they don’t pick up the phone. I’m fed up with this clinic, from the start it was weird, they stated that they couldn’t pull my dads medical records from Emory that I had to do that, I called Emory and they told me the doctor should request it for a faster option and Lisa kept telling me I had to be the one to request them, until I got fed up again and went in person and that’s when she said “oh we can request medical records if you sign this paper” like HELLOOOO? Why did we not start from there, seems like she doesn’t want to lift a finger at all…and because of that my father had to reschedule his appointments many times because the medical records weren’t arriving on time AND because of this he didn’t have his medication either 😒Another things, my parents insurance was active but she didn’t want to attend my dad because he didn’t have his physical insurance card? WHAT My father was showing her his digital insurance card and she refused until I called the clinic….please save yourself and go elsewhere. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!

I confidently see both of the doctors here and have always found the ladies at the front to be exceptionally friendly. I wholeheartedly recommend this facility to my family and friends.

Worst experience ever! Never even saw the Doctor ! The nurses station has horrible people skills. No concern for patients well being.This place is going to kill someone with there foolish policy. Totally understandable about the your covid test policy to be sure , what is not exceptable is making someone who has Stage 2 High blood pressure and been out of there meds bc the only appt you had available was now wait for a test and rescheduled appt. Do you know what else can kill people ? HEART ATTACK! I don't mind your stupid test I don't mind to wait but holding my meds hostage is NOT ACCEPTABLE!

I'm not sure what everyone else is talking about. But I have been going to them for a very long time. And I had switched due to the fact that I had to go all natural with my entire health and haven't gone to the doctor in a few years, and recently I had to get a mammogram and you need An M.D. To look at your results. They didnt judge me for my life choice. They were very kind. They've always been very kind and everyone at the front desk is super sweet. The nurses are amazing and Dr. Kwendy. Was so non, judgmental. It was really nice. I have had many doctors make fun of me for my weight. And I have lost a lot of weight, but still considered obese. So it was really nice not to be judged. She didn't argue that I didn't need any testing done due to the fact that I already done all of my testing work. And I will definitely continue to come here as i'm needed to.

I was denied service due to my inability to pay the copay. They refused to bill me and was unable to provide a copy of their patient's Bill of Rights. Instead, they printed out 100 pages from cms.gov but then said that wasn't their policy. I've reached out to cms and will be following up.

Excellent clinic great attention Dr looked at other options instead of just taking what other Dr’s have done over the last 12-14 years and suggested possible alternatives. Ran bloodwork not done by other doctors before so maybe other things are going on that hadn’t been addressed in the past
