I began visiting H2 Health when it was named Heartland Rehab in 2013 following shoulder surgeries. Then, in 2015, I enjoyed the help of their very efficient and competent staff following knee surgery.
I am currently receiving care for arthritic elbow and wrist pain. The help that is provided has helped improve my range of motion and muscle strength.
I am very happy to witness that, even with the name rebranding, there are staff working with patients that I met many years ago, and still providing friendly, efficient, and quality care!

The entire care team at H2health in Chiefland is outstanding. From the minute you walk in the door, you are greeted and welcomed then as you head back and begin therapy with the therapist ( I worked with Herb and Matt) plan a very patient detailed care plan and work hand in hand with you to ensure you are comfortable the entire time while ensuring that you are making strides to get back to your normal life. I tore my ACL and had reconstruction surgery from the moment I had my first session I knew would be only a matter of time before my knee would be as good as before. The entire staff looks out for patients while they are there quickly offering insight and inspiration. Truly a wonderful place.

I arrive at H2 fully expecting to have an unpleasant experience due to my injury. While the exercises weren’t the best, the friendliness and camaraderie I experienced from the PTs and staff more than made up for it. I hope I won’t need PT again in the future, but I will return to H2 if that happens.

Update 10/31/24: Today I finished my second PT after knee replacement surgery and went to H2 Health. This time I primarily worked with Herb, Matt and John. The staff at this location are all terrific. Nikki and Karen also were very helpful with scheduling conflicts! I continue to highly recommend them!

Huge help to my physical health. The staff is super and have gotten me on a road to physically feeling better through a individual fitness program taylored to help my joint ailments. I feel so much better!
