I can imagine where I would be if I hadn't been led to H2 Health, with Alex and Liz. Thier knowledge and experience shines. The genuine personalized care, I received has helped my healing progress even quicker due to the detailed homework assignments, I was given. Even if I struggled in the process they were there to encourage and instruct to help me accomplish the goal of my body to mend. I know I have made lifelong friendships through this recovery with Alex and Liz and I forever grateful to them! They have seen me at my worst and want them to be there for my best. My second time around at H2 St Augustine as I recovered from my 2nd knee replacement. Alex, Katie and Liz make an excellent team and assisted me through my healing and recovery again. I would go back in a minute if I felt I needed more therapy for knees or if new problem occurs. Location is perfect, easy parking and a friendly, clean environment to get back to good health.

I am very pleased with my therapist Seth at this clinic. He is very professional and friendly. He makes sure I get my full hour of time. Today was my second treatment and I walked out better then when I walked in. I’ve been to many therapists over the years. Seth definitely is a 5 star therapist.
