Dr. Kevin Haag and the staff (Joy, Cynthia, and receptionist) provided exceptional care for my father. The office visit was efficient, and Dr. Haag not only took care of my father's toenails but also took the time to get to know us. His friendly and down-to-earth manner made it easy for us to discuss my father's foot care, and he offered valuable suggestions.

I can't say enough great things about Dr Kevin & the staff at Haag Foot & Ankle. Dr Kevin Haag has the best bedside manner of any Doctor or medical facility I've ever visited. He made ne feel very at ease with my surgery. My foot got a nasty infection, he worked for over 12 weeks trying everything he could to save me from surgery, without talking down to me or being demanding. He was very encouraging the whole process. And when it came time to give me the bad news, he did it in a way that made me not panic, or worry about the procedure. My family will never go anywhere else for foot/ankle related issues. Surgery was a success, he prayed with me beforehand and the way he prayed just set my mind at ease.

Why, oh why did I wait sooo long? I have been struggling with ingrown toe nails for years. I had one on my great toe that I recently stubbed and it got nasty and painful in a hurry. Called Haag Foot and Ankle. The staff on the phone were pleasant and helpful and took my information. They then were able to fit me in sooner that at first thought with Dr. Kevin Haag. Upon arrival the front office staff were once again pleasant and professional (thank you Barbara). The waiting area is comfortable and the offices clean. Dr. Haag called me back right on time and explained what he would be doing after looking at both feet to review all issues. He gave a few shots so I wouldn't feel a thing and removed the ingrown part of the nail right down to the "root". I chose to purchase a kit for follow-up care and followed instructions to the letter. I assumed that when the shots wore off it would hurt. NOPE! Not a bit. Saw him again ten days later and ALL IS GOOD!! i plan on going every ten weeks and having him trim nails and keep an eye on my other great toe that tends to go ingrown. It will be the best $50.00 I can spend (medicare only covers that kind of visit if diabetic) Now, I am back to the gym, hiking and active and NO INGROWN PAIN. Don't delay. Get them done. What a quality of life difference it makes!!! Great office and doctor.

I was really impressed with Dr. Cheryl Haag. Not only did she really wanted to help me but I felt she really genuinely cared about my foot. She was blunt about the consequences of I didn't follow her instructions. Gave me tips on how to take care of it at home. I didn't feel rushed or belittled for the wrong way I was self treating but she explained how the things I was doing wouldn't gonna help it. My old dr I seen for 20 years retired so I found my new podiatrist. I'm very happy to be a new patient here.

My review is like many of the others, this place is fantastic. Other Drs offices should model their customer service from this office. Knowledgeable Caring Compassionate staff. I have never been treated so well in a medical office EVER! Dr Cheryl and her staff are all so amazing!

I have never had such a pleasant experience at any doctor’s office. The staff is accommodating, welcoming, and so helpful. I saw Dr. Kevin Haag for an ingrown toenail procedure three separate times. He was kind, through, and did amazing work EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. He took care of any issues I had and made sure I was completely comfortable every time. They invited me to call if I had any issues, and I took them up on that a couple times. They did not act inconvenienced in any way, instead they were concerned with helping me figure out what was needed! I cannot say enough nice things about Dr. Kevin Haag and the entire office staff. I made the 50 minute commute each way simply because they are the best around this area. I am almost sad to say that my toes are fixed simply because I loved going in there. I would recommend them to anyone!

I love the Haag family especially Miss Cheryl Haag she is very knowledgeable and takes her career very serious. The day of my foot surgery I was so nervous to be put under anesthesia but she prayed with me and that alone brought so much peace to me. And she has kept a very close eye on my incision and I’m healing perfectly fine. I definitely recommend this office to anyone who is having foot issues and tend to not trust the process because she definitely place me at peace and it’s so clean and very professional.
