I bring my kids here and the doctors actually listen to my kids and don't brush them off. They do their job extremely well and I couldn't be happier to bring my kids here! One of my kids had a horrible rash and they were able to figure out what was wrong just by listening to my child. I brought another child who has been limping like crazy and they're doing everything right 👍 they're listening to her and asking actual questions they are doing an amazing job 👍

went in for stomach pains. ive been dealing with horrible stomach issues for about a year now and needed to go to the emergency room. im 17 years old and they said they couldnt run any tests or even admit me because i am a minor. i felt so bad i felt like i was dying. they said if they found anything wrong with me that wasnt an emergency they couldnt admit me. dont bother taking your children here. go to chattanooga.

This ER used to be a place I felt like I was in good hands. I've been dealing with severe medical issues for years. I will travel to Chattanooga from now on. The nurse was angry and belittling. Any question we asked was met with hostility. I'd rather die en route to a different ER then spend another moment there.

Worst experience. My son was with a terrible abdominal pain, we took him there, after just some blood work “doctor” said that his labs were all good that he probably have bad acid reflux and wanted to send him home with the pain because there was nothing they can do. We demand to have an answer, that at least they should take some ultrasound. Doctor was not happy and even rolled her eyes when she was leaving the room. Results from the ultrasound was gallbladder stones located closed to conducts, he will need surgery.
This people shouldn’t be in care of patience.

Absolutely no sense of urgency. I have video of the staff just laughing, and carrying on conversations while patients are in pain, and the lobby slammed with people waiting for hours!!! Been here for 4 hours, was talk of transfer by a nurse but have yet to be seen by a doctor....Patients should not have to hear the staff having a good time when they are in absolute AGONY!!!!

Worst hospital I have ever been! I moved here from Orlando FL couple months ago and my dad injured his leg and had to go to the emergency room. First of all, they kept us waiting with an open and bleeding wound and he was in a lot of pain. Second, they kept calling people than came after us and leaving us behind. Third, when they finally call us the nurse never introduced herself or even say hi to us. Fourth, they left my dad in the room waiting in pain, when I ask are you going to give him pain medication? They say no…. The worst and weirdest hospital I have ever seen!

Nurse was great, waited 3 hours for the Dr who was very friendly. But ran into the issue of the fact my kid had a incident on a Sunday seen her dr for a follow up on a Monday and still nothing from the hospital to my kids dr. Ridiculous. The hospitals board needs to come forward.
