I was absolutely impressed on every level. I've been dealing with problems with my leg for so long & it has been so bad. I felt like it was going to give out any second. I've been to the Cartersville location, but I felt like I was getting nearly celebrity treatment here. I had such an emotional day and broke down crying on the way. I did manage to pull myself together (I hate for people to see me cry). When I arrived, I waited for NOTHING. I actually needed time to be honest. I had an x-ray tech & the nurse call me back at the same time & I was still filling out paperwork. The smile & giggle from the nurse, when she took me to my room, was EVERYTHING. The PA I saw felt more knowledgeable than most doctors. I ALWAYS request a copy of my imaging disc when I have scans done, but I have NEVER had a medical place ask to see it....until now. I always felt like every eye isn't the same & It depends on the radiologist. I have even requested doctors to look at my disc and not just the report, but they don't. But...when he asked if I had my MRI disc, I KNOW my face lit up. I told him that I didn't think he would want it, so i didn't bring it, but I can get it for him. He explained that I have arthritis in my knee & gave me a steroid shot. I'm not gonna pretend it didn't take my breath away, even though I have a very high pain tolerance level. When I got up off the bed to stand, it felt like maybe I was going to get to try my leg out with some relief. My knee was playing games and I haven't even gotten to test drive it & my entire leg is hurting so badly. I do have a follow-up appointment to bring my MRI & see how this worked. I'm hurting so much that I don't have words to describe the pain. We will see how it is tomorrow. When I say that I couldn't believe I did everything in no more than 1 hour....I'm not exaggerating at all. Even my friends were floored by how quickly my appointment moved. Maybe it was just that kind of day. I don't know. It was so smooth that it made me remember I needed to tell my @Google network & started taking pictures. It was at the very end of my visit, though. I crossed paths with a funny doctor on my way out. I will update this review after my next appointment. I was shocked by the level of care & kindness. Let's just hope my leg is hurting now because it got shocked by it too & will be able to process more tomorrow. We shall see!
*UPDATE: I should have known it was too good to be true. The physician told me on several occasions that he was scheduling a follow-up appointment for 2 weeks out. When I checked out, the girl at the checkout desk asked if the 20th would work. I thought she meant the 20th of May because it would have been about 2 weeks out. I did not get an appointment card because I thought the follow up appointment was in a couple of weeks and I knew they sent email and text reminders. I saw my email reminder on Sunday, May 18th and it had my follow-up appointment listed for JUNE 20th, about 6 weeks out. I sent an email via the patient portal right then regarding confirmation about the follow-up appointment. It is now been a couple of days and I still have not received a response.

Poor Communications. My wife had surgery with Bushnell a fantastic doctor but no matter how good a Doctor is if the Staff is incompetent that Ruins the practices reputation. After the surgery approx. 2 months later my wife is in pain and the surgery to her elbow has what looks like a half of a golf ball protrusion. And after talking to Nurse they do not return my calls. Then on my 6th day they finally call and by then i got her seen By another Ortho in town. "Not Happy".

The worst experience with Dr Jarred Barber and his nurse assistant. For starters met the Dr. the day of surgery truthfully speaking 5 minutes before surgery. The worst !!!

Dr Russo-Alessi was a total a$$ during my appointment, trying to make me believe that I don’t have an EXTREMELY PAINFUL cyst in my right foot, that it was a bone & I just had to accept the pain. He didn’t even look at or talk to me about the cyst in my left foot, both I’ve had for a few years & were growing bigger & more & more painful. He said he couldn’t see anything on the plain X-ray. I had to literally ask him to do an mri because I have drained the cyst myself several times & it was synovial fluid from a joint. He acted like I know nothing, he better. He rushed in the room & rushed out in less than 6 minutes. This was in December & I’m in tears now from the pain! Even though I don’t appreciate his attitude or behavior, & I am afraid he won’t do what is needed to end my suffering by removing the cysts, I want to go back to him so I can show him how wrong he was for treating me like a stupid person & putting me off!!! Everyone has bad days but my daughter had a terrible experience with him too months before. She went to another orthopedic doctor & had her foot cyst removed no trouble. She tried to warn me about his demeanor & I saw him anyway, thinking he was having a bad day. No excuse for doctors doing this & ignoring a patient’s needs; they are not god!!!

I was referred to Dr. Klasson but he did not have anything available for a while so I went with the appointment with his PA Lindsey Taylor. Unfortunately it was not a pleasant visit.i felt rushed, not listened to, and disregarded
I have left ring finger pain, swelling and very minimal movement in it. She told me that she was giving me an injection that will take 2 to 7 days to see a difference but by a month it should be effective. Then she tells me to return back to work (where I type all day and dominant left hand) the next day since i been dealing with the pain this long I will be fine. Well my reason for even being there is to not deal with the pain. When I called to voice my concerns they reached out to her and she told them that by in the morning I should be fine yet in the visit she told me it will take at least 2 days to see a difference, so why not give a work excuse for the first 2 days after the injection. I was also told to take Ibuprofen 800mg 3 times a day until the pain go away. I feel like I was dismissed, maybe I should have just dealt with the pain until Dr. KLASSON had an opening since I have to just deal with the pain anyway.. not to mention after the injection I now have discoloration to my finger and less movement then before.

Could have a better front desk. I told Caleb Williams that I had an appointment at 1:00pm today. He responded with asking if I had insurance, instead of getting my information and pulling up my profile to see that I had Insurance. I don't even think they will set an appointment at this location without insurance. Anyway, He tells me I have a 48 dollar copay. I asked if It could be billed he said he would ask. I'm later told just this time, I tell him that I could pay it later today and that I lost my wallet. I get called back to the window to get told that I will need to reschedule my appointment because I cannot pay my co pay right then. while this is going on, there is another patient that has a similar situation as mine. The difference with the other patient is, he can't pay his until the 14th. The other patient is still able to be seen by the doctor, but I have to reschedule my appointment because of a co-pay. What is the difference between myself and the other patient? This is insane. I don't live in Rome,Ga, but I drove to this location because my injury was treated by the doctors at this Harbin clinic location. it is a shame that great doctors can have a bad front staff.
