PLEASE DO NOT BRING YOUR CHILD HERE! I want to share my experience as it was not a good one. My child would get alot of colds, and she had hard time breathing. Dr. Plotkin was their doctor. One day I brought up if my child needed a nebulizer, and he refused because she was only a couple months old, his words. Well, I continued to take my child but because he said she did not need the nebulizer, so I just continued to suction her nose, and give her medication. Well shen she turned about two, I ended up calling the ambulance because I noticed my daughther was limp. Come to find out she Did Indeed have asthma. Well, the pulmonologist there told me that some babies are given the nebulizer the day they are born. She spent three days there, and after that I never let anyone try to convince me that my child is ok if I can feel that something is wrong. I was young mother and ignorant, but I want to share my experience as he advised me wrong, and I feel that as a doctor he should be more informed.

The only reason I am giving them a 4 start is bc the nurses are great with our twin babies. No issues with the Dr either. Their receptionist though NEED to do better making sure we the patients are taking care of. Our twins and I got sent home bc we were a day early for our 9 month check up. I get it. The insurance won’t take it a day early BUT to let us know right when we got to the appointment!? Come on now!

Dr Plotkin and his staff have been great. Our appointments have been on time but we never feel rushed when we are there. They always take time to make sure our questions are answered and guide us in the right directions. We have a medically complex little one and I am so glad we have Dr Plotkin taking care of her. They have been instrumental in helping her get the best care.

The doctor and nurse are nice however this place is unprofessional. My child’s appointment was rescheduled twice in a month. Today we came and the door was locked. People were waiting outside. Come to find out they said they had to close and tried calling everyone yesterday to let them know there was no provider available. My child needs to stay up to date on his vaccinations and this is unacceptable. Looking into switching providers!

This is a review of their billing department.
It’s been 4 business days since I contacted them by leaving the first voice mail about a question on the account; I left 4 voice mails after that. I have received no call back from them.
The doctor’s front desk also has no way to reach out to them except for calling the same number we have.

The experience I have received from the staff is nothing but rudeness. The staff is unprofessional. I am taking my kids to another doctor. This is not the first time I have been talked/looked down upon by the head staff. I really don't care what her name is. The Doctor would careless about my children when the come to the office. I feel like all they care about is getting money from their clients and insurance. they really don't care about the well-being of their patients. Today I took my son to the clinic and this was supposed to be a continued well visit to get his immunization because the last time the clinic didn't have the vaccine during the well visit. The clinic still want me to pay for the vaccine. When I called my insurance, they said we didn't have to pay for the visit. When they found out that it was their fault, they could not even apologize.
