Went to the office for some accessories. Batteries, domes, etc. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I became a Hearing Life customer in NH. The transition to GA was very easy because of the staff. Thank you!

Went in to have my 5 year old Starkey Hearing Aids checked and Miya Wright was incredibly helpful with them. (Unfortunately they are beyond repair.) She is very knowledgeable about all brands of devices and spent a good amount of time with me explaining the differences between brands and technologies. She gave me a demo of some amazing new devices and I will probably be going back to purchase them from Hearing Life. Just to be clear, she was not being a “pushy salesperson”, but just explaining different solutions that might work for me based on my needs. It was so nice having someone take the time to listen and advise rather than just trying to sell a product.
