I could not even walk, was in the ER with severe pains and swollen foot. Have the ER report. Dr. Bryant insist its my flat feet causing my pains. DEC. 2023 UPDATE; I am still in severe pains with my right foot, and Dr. Bryants expensive inserts do not help. They cause me even more pains. I finely went to Augusta Aiken Orthopedics and the doctor showed me on my foot XRAY that I have severe, all my joints in my foot gone, bone on bone Arthritis!!!! SO, Dr. Henry Bryan did not see that on my XRAY!!! Can you believe it?!!! The Orthopedic Doctor told me my flat feet are NOT the cause of my pains at all. No wonder I am still in pain when wearing Dr. BRYANTS recommended $350 out of my pocket inserts. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DOCTOR. I should have gone to the orthopedic doctor first because I have Arthritis already in other parts of my body, and Dr. Bryant sure messed me over. Very dishonest. 2nd UPDATE 20. AUGUST 2024. The orthopedic surgeon wanted to do surgery, but after I got an MRI, I wanted to get a second opinion. Not only do u have severe Arthritis in my foot, but I have a split TENDON on top. Orthopedic Dr. Mahmoud just wants to fuse bones. Saw podiatrist, Dr. Szabo, and he will fix my split tendon and fuse bones on 27. September I HAVE SURGERY. Dr. Bryant is totally incompetent. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DOCTOR.

I have multiple issues with both feet. Dr Bryant has tried many things before even mentioning surgery. He is conservative about doing surgery and I respect that. His staff been very helpful and polite.

We are elderly and on a fixed income. We have Medicare and Tricare For Life. Dr. Bryant performed a very basic procedure on my wife's foot. There was no mention by Dr. Bryant or his staff that neither Medicare nor Tricare For Life would not pay for the procedure. Subsequently, we received a bill for two procedures totaling $116. I called Dr. Bryant's office to inquire about being charged for the procedures. I was told flatly, that my wife signed a paper stating that not all procedures were covered by insurance. It seems that health care professionals have lost the most important aspect of health care, treating patients with dignity and respect, especially those of us who are elderly and don't hear or see very well.
Why did Medicare deny payment? Medicare does not pay for chronic wound care management, but would expect that the patient or the patient's caregiver would be able to perform those particular services. The procedure could have been performed at home.I begrudgingly paid the $116, since we would have refused the procedure given a choice.

My elderly mother who has mobility issues was 8 min late for her appointment. She is in pain and the staff refused to let the Doctor see her. We will be searching for another podiatrist today. Sad to know how much they don’t care!
