My initial appointment with Heritage Hills was with Dr Edrich and it was very apparent that he cares about what he's doing. He listened, cared, and helped which was very refreshing. Since then I've been seeing Dr Kershaw and she is by far the best PCP that I've ever had. She's very understanding, she listens, and she shows that she legitimately cares about her patients. I never feel rushed and ALL of my issues/concerns are always addressed. My overall health has benefited greatly from being her patient and for that I am extremely grateful. Sarah in the office is always nice and pleasant to deal with too. Love this group of people, from office staff to nurses to doctors. Super responsive, listen and hear what you say about your health and needs, and always can get me in for an appointment. We all need to advocate for our own health, and rather than feeling like a number, I feel like I have a team of folks who also advocate for my health right along with me. Office location is great too, plenty of parking and easy access.

They go out of their way to help me with letters for school (Dr. Edrich will personally video conference with me), refill meds, see me on short notice and overall be warm and friendly and attentive to my needs as a patient.

I am also transgender and medically in transition. Dr. Edrich and his entire team has been fantastic with understanding, empathy and support during this entire process and no doubt will continue to be.
