I can’t say enough great things about Highland Dental Group and Orthodontics! From the moment I walked in, the entire team made me feel welcome and at ease. Mike the technician was incredibly helpful, friendly, and made the whole process smooth from start to finish.

Dr. Ta is gentle, professional, and takes time to explain everything clearly, which has really helped me feel confident in my care. Dr. Sun is equally amazing—attentive and through and has made sure Ive been comfortable during my treatment.

You can truly tell that everyone here cares about their patients and goes above and beyond to provide excellent service. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality dental and orthodontic care. Thank you again to Mike, Dr. Ta, and Dr. Sun for the exceptional experience!

Dr. Sun always explains procedures and options thoroughly. He makes sure you are comfortable and puts you at ease.
Mike is very attentive and his work was meticulous. He also explains everything so you are comfortable with the procedure.

I recently had a cleaning appointment with Sam, and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience. From the moment I sat in the chair, they were warm, welcoming, and clearly very knowledgeable. They took the time to explain each step of the process, answered all my questions thoroughly, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire visit.

My teeth felt incredibly clean afterward, and I appreciated how gentle yet thorough the cleaning was. Sam also gave me helpful tips for improving my at-home dental care without being pushy or judgmental.

Overall, this was one of the best dental cleanings I've ever had. I highly recommend Sam to anyone looking for a skilled, caring, and professional dental hygienist.

I just finished alot of dental work i had been putting off. Dr. Sun is great! He explained everything so I understood the reason the work would benefit my oral health. Mike was very cool. He works efficiently and has a good disposition. I am able to be on a payment plan to cover a tmj guard to protect all the work that was done. I will definitely stay with Highland dental.

I am writing a review based on my experience and I cannot take away other people's positive experiences at this dental office. For one, I was a new patient coming from a different dental office. I scheduled myself to meet with a periodontal specialist on February 1st at 12:30pm. I then received a text message a day prior stating that my appointment was scheduled at 8:30am. I called the dental office asking if this was a mistake and I was told that it was actually scheduled earlier because the periodontal specialist was only working a half day. I agreed and decided to go anyway. As a side note, I had to rearrange my work schedule to accommodate this day and time. I arrive to the office at 8:15am, there was a woman sitting in the lobby as I entered to check in. Minutes later, a gentleman thay works there calls the woman sitting in the lobby and tells her that the periodontal specialist wasn't going to make it because of an emergency. I was immediately struck by the news and knew that I was going to be told the same thing after her. Sure enough, my name was called and I was told the same exact thing! I couldn't believe it! It left a horrible first impression as I am a new patient.

To be fair, I understand that patients cancel their appointments on the day of their appointment but someone always benefits on a canceled appointment and can be seen immediately as they might be waiting in the lobby. Not in this case, this periodontal specialist had several patients arriving and had to cancel other appointments for the day. If this emergency was true, truly wish the best for that periodontal specialist but this office needs to get it together if they expect to have GREAT reviews. In my experience, it's not! Also, be aware that this periodontal specialist is only there once a month and she couldn't make it to her ONE day at this office. It's quite embarrassing! Do better for your community Highland Dental Group!
