I had an excellent experience at Highland Park Dental. Brenda and Tyson at the front desk were warm and accommodating, making me feel right at home from the start. Becca, my dental hygienist, was not only incredibly knowledgeable but also attentive and kind throughout my visit. Dr. Jones is fantastic. He is transparent about your options and takes a thoughtful approach, always trying to address issues conservatively before recommending more involved procedures. He has a remarkable ability to make you feel at ease, and the entire team works together to create a welcoming and professional environment. I cannot say enough positive things about HP Dental, Dr. Jones and his staff. They communicate well, are thoughtful and knowledgeable. They make recommendations when needed and can handle an anxious dental patient like myself. My children and I have ben patients from the beginning. We have had to try other dentist during that time due to insurance issues, but always come back to Hp Dental because we trust them.

I had a great experience at Highland Park Dental. Morgan, my dental hygienist did an amazing job – I have extremely sensitive teeth, and I am always very nervous about going to the dentist because it tends to be painful. She was able to clean my teeth with absolutely no pain and I enjoyed her great personality too. Dr Jones was a pleasure to meet and work with as well - absolutely no pressure to get extra work done which was super important to me because that is the reason I left the last practice I went to. I highly recommend this practice!

My family has been going to Highland Park Dental for almost 20 years. We love Dr. Jones and all the ladies who work with him! They are always friendly and professional. They do a great job with cleanings and any dental issues that come up all the while making you feel comfortable and well cared for. We wouldn’t go anywhere else!

I always have such a great experience here. Becca is my hygienist and she is truly the best ive ever been to. Super gentle, friendly, and professional. Dr.Jones also is super great and I always love chatting with them! Definitely recommend HPD!!!

Please be wary of this practice. I had to have a tooth pulled. The extraction was a simple extraction, however this practice billed my insurance as a surgical extraction, which is thousands of dollars vs just a couple hundred for a simple extraction. This practice assumed that I, a patient (and consumer) I wouldn’t review the billing codes they submitted to my insurance. Well, they were wrong and I reported the “mistake”to the office and my insurance and it took MONTHS before HP Dental wrote me a personal check to get me out of their hair. As patients we trust our providers to be ethical and honest, Patient care and integrity should be paramount for all healthcare practitioners and their staff. My experience here was extremely unethical and I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy. There’s so many talented dentists in Dallas; but not here.

I have been going here for years. Even when I moved out of state, I kept coming here for my check ups. Landry is amazing and so is Dr. Jones. 11/10 would recommend. I probably could find a dentist that’s completely in network but I love it here so much I’ll pay my copay.
