This is an awesome dentist! The staff here is very nice, helpful, and the always answer whatever questions you have! Had a deep cleaning done by Veronica she was very kind, patient, and gentle with me! I highly recommend coming here if you’re a first timer or haven’t had dental work like me in years! Great and awesome place! Also they play good music in the waiting area 🙂

I went in today for my teeth cleaning appointment at 9:00am but didn't see my hygienist until 20mins after. First of all I like to talk about customer service that we are all customers and we know how we like to be treated. The receptionist was rude didn't say good morning and did not smile. She straight got to the point and charge me a co payment. The management team need to implement customer service to the staff. The wifi is very horrible no reception with my phone?

Nicolette the dental hygienist was so amazing! She was friendly, kind & gave such good tips on how to keep my teeth looking their best! She even told me exactly what too purchase off Amazon, she wasn't trying to sell me anything like other offices. My teeth have never felt cleaner! This was my first experience at this office and she stood out with her expertise.. don't hesitate to book your next cleaning with her!

Am new in the area and was looking for a good orthodontics to check my retainers. Saw this clinic on my search and since they have good reviews I went ahead and booked my appointment. First impression - bad customer service.
Reasons:
The orthodontist stated that the retainers are not covered by insurance and that I have to pay out of pocket.

Their billing personnel stated that I have to pay out of pocket for the full amount and did not even bother checking and billing my insurance. When I called my insurance, they said that it will be covered but there will be a co-pay. Good thing I called my insurance or else I will pay the full amount.

The staff/assistants doing the work alongside the orthodontist are not professional.
They tried 8 times to get the mouth mold correctly for my new retainers and you could imagine how uncomfortable that is for a client. Good thing I don't have bad gag reflex. Seems like she needs more experience/practice. Good thing someone experienced saw her and told her she'll do it instead or else I will be there the whole day for trial and error.

When my retainers arrived, it seems like it does not fit right.
I did not bother returning for a check since I don't want to experience their subpar service.

I hope they will change the way they provide service.

Normally I love this office. At this time, I am upset because I have an implant and a crown which was placed 5 years ago in the Rancho Cucamonga office. The crown fell off 2 weeks ago possibly due to wear and tear, which I understand. I saw the provider at their San Bernardino office and they said the existing crown needed a replacement because it was cracked. They used my old crown as a temporary, and it fell off the next morning. Today I had the new crown placed at the San Betnardino office, and before I went to bed I brushed my teeth and the new crown came off. I have not chewed anything hard, nor had I yet worn my appliance. I don't understand how I had a crown that lasted 5 years, but a new one fell off the same day it was applied. And of course the office is closed until Monday. Also I just read that a dental assistant is not allowed under the scope of practice to place a permanent crown, which is what was done today (my permanent crown was not placed by the doctor, she had the assistaand she never checjed the work before I leftt do it and was not present for

Fantastic experience! Everyone treated Rosie like she was their own. They know exactly how to handle kids of all ages. They were able to get through an exam cleaning and fluoride with my two-year-old! That speaks volumes to their practice, and how they treat kiddos. 10/10 recommend!

Best dentist office I have been to in my life! The office was immaculate with its design and modern look. Cleanliness of the front and back office was 5 star. The hospitality and friendliness of everyone was mind blowing.I was a new patient and was welcomed with arms open and genuine care. 10/10 would recommend to everyone for a new dental office provider.
