I've been going to HOC for over a year beginning with a "I bent over the wrong way, my back locked up, and I couldn't move for a week" incident. Dr. Fenster helped me get through that and many other back issues throughout this time. I'm on my feet about 50% of my job, so I can't handle being unaligned for long. I'm so glad the office is in my neighborhood too!

For the past year that I have been going to Dr. Mike’s practice at HOC I noticed positive results in my posture, very little if any back pain, and improved overall mental and physical health. Dr. Mike is not only a chiropractor but also an educator. Always sending messages and updates from the chiropractic community. As I am getting my alignment, Dr. Mike also answers any questions but also he provided details on how the body is responding to this and that. Scheduling appointments are easy and the whole process is stress free. I will continue to go here for my back and neck alignment needs without question.

Dr. Mike is amazing! He always takes the time to listen and personalizes your experience to address what’s been going on with you. He’s an amazing adjuster and allows your body time to integrate each adjustment without feeling rushed. He also has a wealth of knowledge about the human body and chiropractic and you can feel how passionate he is and how much he loves being a chiropractor! Dr. Mike has worked wonders for my husband! He has scoliosis and a lot of associated back pain, and after a session with Dr. Mike he feels great and has no pain and much of his mobility is rescued! I have EDS and my joints often shift out of place, causing nerve pain and strained muscles. Dr. Mike does an amazing job alleviating my pain and popping me back together! He takes his time to learn your individual needs, and my partner has also started seeing him to manage her chronic pain from an old injury. Highly recommend!
