My allergist at Langford Allergy recommended Dr. Wayne Williams and Houston ENT Associates because she was concerned that I kept getting sick with bronchitis or sinusitis. Dr. Williams viewed my CT scan and determined I had a chronic nasal infection that would need surgery to clear out. We were able to schedule my surgery quickly, and the entire team at his office and The Surgery Center, where he performed my surgery, were amazing! Everything went smoothly, and as soon as I woke up, I could BREATHE. I didn't know you should be able to feel the air flow through your nose! At four weeks post-op, I'm doing great, healing faster than expected, and it's all thanks to Dr. Williams and his team. I wish I could give him more than 5 stars!

My son had very large tonsils. We got a referral from his pediatrician to see Dr. Williams. We heard from his office quickly and he got his first evaluation soon after. It was advised he have a tonsillectomy. His office made it very easy to get the surgery scheduled and informed us what to expect and how to prepare. Dr. Williams was kind, gentle and listened to all of our concerns. We never had to wait long and his staff was always so kind.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Williams! He is a true healer, a skilled surgeon and a sincerely compassionate human being. My husband needed sinus surgery, and his case was a complicated one. Dr. Williams was there for us every step of the way, and the surgery was a success. My husband can finally breathe through his nose! I would also like to compliment Dr. Williams' colleague, Dr. Zheng, as well as his entire office staff... they are truly a fantastic group of people!

I cannot speak enough good things about this office. If I could give 10 stars I would. To start with, my initial appointment was in late January. They ended up getting me an appointment way sooner. The staff is by far the most friendliest medical staff I have ever encountered. Most respectful and always smiled. From the moment I walked in until the moment I left was under 30 minutes. I can't recall a time that I've ever had a visit that fast. Dr. Zheng was very respectful and thorough and explained everything thing that was about to happen with my upcoming surgery. I'm not 100% sure the lady's name but I think it's Kelly, she was in training but explained the pre-op and post-op instructions so thoroughly that I would have thought she has been doing this for years. Over all, this is the best medical visit I've ever had and strongly recommend them for your future appointments. Also I am a Veteran and had no issues with appointment times or billing. I don't know what happened with the other Veteran that left a bad review, but my experience has been blissful.

I walked into Dr. Wayne Williams office and the first thing he said to me was.... I know what you need and we are going to get you hearing again!!!
I have been to so many ENT doctors in my life, Tubes in my ears every 6 months!!!!!! infections every other month....
When I heard that he could help me I thought ok....lets see.... Right after surgery I went straight to his office!!! I could hear!! I went from 89 volume to 14 on my TV....
But only thing now is..
I can hear my teenagers playing the music so loud....sooooooo..
But the surgery was the Tube Balloon. Thank you so much
Dr. Williams.... you are a blessing to me...maybe not to my teenagers,, But thank you so much!!!!!

I can't thank Dr. Williams enough for his outstanding work. I had a large neck mass removed. I've never had surgery before so I was very nervous but everything went great! So thankful.

Coming into this appointment, I was so apprehensive and hesitant. The first person I encountered at the reception desk make me feel very comfortable immediately. Once I was called into the treatment area the nurse Shalanda washed her hands before she did anything and that spoke volumes to me. The doctor Dr. Zheng came in he was very good with detecting the problem. He resolved my
issue quickly and with such great care and and resolve my issues in a timely manor. I am so impressed with this place and I would recommend it to anybody who has ENT issues. As a healthcare professional I give this place A plus plus.
