My recent visit to the office of Dr D. Shetty, MD was excellent. I received prompt and courteous reception and check-in service. My attending clinician was warm, attentive and professional. Ms Chiquita Thomas, NP is caring and committed to my medical well-being. I am fortunate to be under her care.

I will never be going back to this facility due to the unprofessionalism that their front office has demonstrated. Dr. Linda was supposed to send a Rx for me and forgot which was no big deal. The issue was that when She said she did it was after her lunch and we all did not know so I am being pinged by pharmacy and the medical office. I decided to go back to the doctors office and explain how the RX was never sent and it’s been hours now. The office member up front told me she does not know what to tell me because it was sent, then walks alway out of the office. Another office member used her side of the office to clear up an issue for another patient and I sat down waiting to see if She would help me. Once she was done .. I walked back to reception window and The staff member went on to do something else and never even looked up to acknowledge me. I said Um ok… may I please get my RX ordered and please cancel any future appts. The Staff member that originally walked away came back with Dr. Linda and that’s when the 2nd other staff member jumps back in her chair and says see we were trying to help you and now I’m not! ? Huh? I’m like ma’am who is we? You have never spoke or even looked at me. The other peer never said excuse me I’ll be back I mean anything… she just went to go get the Doctor who after all those hours just put my RX in after the fact. The doctor apologized however like I told her the front office sets the tone regarding customer expectations. They are habitually rude I”ve seen to other patients and lack simple decorum. The reason they get away with this dysfunction and ghetto behavior is because it’s the offices culture. I was a new patient and I have doctor for a sibling who asked me to allow them to make some calls to shake this place up. Please beware of this office by all cost.

This is the worse Dr office I have been to in my entire life. I dropped my intermittent FMLA paperwork off and everytime it's time to be done there's a issue why it can't be done. The first time the nurse told me that my Asthma that I've had since the age of 9 didn't require intermittent leave. Why tf not? I ultimately had to end up taking time off work when I became ill and wasn't covered and almost had a issue with my job. This time it's time for a renewal and the person that does it is no where to be found even though she told me to my face and on the phone she will get it done the next day. Wtf. There's a deadline to submit that paper work and if someone pays you to do a service you should do it. So they give me a problem about a medical condition I've had forever. Then when you make an appt and specify a certain provider. They always place you with someone else. But for me is always with that nurse who denied my rights under FMLA. The office isn't all that clean. Almost never any tissue in the bathroom that you have to piss in a cup in. A lot of the staff suck and will have you wait while they have a conversation. I stayed because I hate starting over with Dr's. But this losing my paperwork and going pass my alloted time to get it completed has me at the last string. They suck and need to do better as a whole. Not even sure why I trust this office with my care if they can't even keep up with 2 pieces of paper. Ugh

This was my first televisit. I go every 3 months - mainly to ck my labs. So this type visit was good for me. It saved me gas also me and the Dr time. I would definitely like to do more visits this way.

Great staff. Did a great job welcoming me as a new patient. Dr. Sams did a great job too. He’s got a gruff sense of humor but I like it. He asked a lot of questions and I felt welcome as a new patient. Please keep up the great work!!!

Dr. Shetty is an excellent doctor that takes time and listens to his patients. He is knowledgeable, compassionate, and does what is best for his patients. If you are fortunate to have Dr. Shetty as your PCP, you are lucky! We certainly have been blessed that he is taking care of our 87 year- old father. A special thanks to Mary!
