Friendly, knowledgeable, & efficient staff. Dr. Heaton is very cordial yet straightforward with his diagnosis and his treatment recommendations given with his reasons for his recommendations. He is thorough and efficient and listens to patients description of their health issues. He has treated me for shoulder & hip problems in past years, never been disappointed. So now, with knee problems, he is my Dr. again.

Dr. Heaton I give 5 stars. Very personable doctor. Very thorough. Great surgeon! Great staff!
The Thomasville office, I would give 4 stars at the most; due to the location of their parking lot to the office itself. Parking lot is VERY steep! It would give anyone a hard time; but, especially a person using a cane or walker. It was rough on my 80 year old sister who walks with a cane. The office steps have nice handrails.

Dr. Heaton was very professional and is a skilled surgeon. He took the time to answer my questions as well as explain my surgical procedure in detail. I never felt I was rushed. His nurse Shanna was great and always kept me informed every step of the way. Dr. Heaton has a good bedside manner, which is lacking in many doctors these days. I highly recommend him.

Dr. Matthew Heaton is very well gifted in symptoms and can tell you just what is wrong with you by touch. He still does the MRI and etc.. but he is always right the first time!!!!
