Dr. H is an excellent endocrinologist, he’s very knowledgeable, patient and listens to every detail. I never feel rushed. He’s managed to keep my thyroid issued under control. I have been his patient for about 5 years and will continue even though I have moved four hours away.
Ms. Carolyne, his nurse is top of the line. She goes above and beyond for their patients.
I always recommend him as the best there is in the CSRA.

Doctor Herskowitz is a wonderful doctor! I have been going to him for several years for my diabetes management and he has always been willing to listen and help in every way possible! Dr Herskowitz is an amazingly skilled endocrinologist with a very warm bedside manner. He has a team that is very focused on helping and the PA’s carry forward the doctor’s mannerism in a very friendly and professional atmosphere. I have always had an amazing experience with Dr. Herskowitz. It appears many of the low ratings have to do with the staff which is not fair to give the low rating to him. I would encourage people to rate Dr. Herskowitz and then leave a comment about the office staff if needed.

This is one of the most backwards ran offices I have ever had the experience of having an appointment with. It took 7 months to get me back into his office after I missed my last appointment due to my grandmother passing that same week. During that week I tried to call 4 times and could never get through to anyone. I finally had to have my primary send another referral just to get another appointment. I schedule my appointment they tell me nothing about no minors allowed due to covid. My appointment is in the middle of summer and school is out. I have 2 kids. If they had told me this info I could have made an appointment right after school started again. At my first appointment my letter stated it was at their old building in Evans and they never bothered to give me a call saying no it had been moved to their office in Augusta. I ended up being 20 minutes late and it took me 3 calls just to get someone on the phone to let them know I was on my way.
