We brought a family member with dementia in for a cleaning. It's been very difficult to even attempt to keep up dental maintenance. Tammy was the hygienist, and she was absolutely amazing. She was fast and gentle, and also very reassuring and understanding for us that we could only do the best we could. 10 out of 5 stars.

Stay away from this practice. They are rude and not honest.

They submitted a claim for tooth extraction where I went for just cleaning, so watch for the explanation of benefits carefully before you pay your copay.

Office manager/ billing person "Kim" very rude and never admits her mistakes.

I walk in for cleaning and I know my insurance pays 100% for cleaning and preventative, I end up with a bill because either they bill me for things I didn't ask for or made mistakes in billing and never admits the mistakes.

Remember, apologizing, or admitting to an error does not make you any less of a person.

The doctor will try to oversell you so ask for second opinion before doing any work.

I have been going to Ina Dentistry 2003! I'm treated so well there. They all are kind people who care about me and what's going on in my life. The hygienist was the best! I can't begin to say enough wonderful things about her! But she's gone to do something else and I miss her but I'm sure the new girl will do fine. Dr Symonds is so gentle with me. When I first went there I was a"white knuckle" dentist chair person but over the years with him I'm not like that anymore!!

I have been going to Ina Dentistry for about a year, and I have been very impressed not only with Dr. Symonds, but also with the staff. They are very welcoming and always seem genuinely concerned that I am having a good experience (no pain, discomfort, etc). It's so nice to visit a practice where it is obvious that patient health is the top concern. I have not had any problems with my billing or my appointments, and I really appreciate the overhead TV and headphones. They also make a point of keeping me informed, by showing me x-rays and photos on the screen so I can understand what they're doing. I highly recommend Ina Dentistry.

We have been going to Ina Dentistry for about 7 years. My husband and I love everything about going there. Now we have an almost four year old son that is also going there and they are great with him as well. They had me bring him in to watch my cleaning when he was 3, then at 3.5 get his teeth "counted" and now at 4 he had his first cleaning and he was so comfortable being there!

phenomenal staff! Had such a great expierence here and will make sure all my friends and family members come here. From the minute myself and my wife walked into Dr. Symonds office, we were so thankful to find a place we actually like and feel comfortable. Started with the wonderful phone call and spoke with a young lady who sounded very sweet and was willing to help us in anyway to make sure we could get an appointment as soon as possible , then being taken back by the very inviting assistants and then to meet the doctor along with the hygienists. We couldn't be happier where we are! Thank you Ina dentistry for all of your hardwork and we love coming to visit you all! See you in 6 months!

Kirsten has provided me with extra information in a genuine, respectful, caring manner.
Deitra is a solid, quality hygienist. And dr Symonds is, hands down, the best dentist I’ve ever had. Now, if only I could find a dermatology practice that is half as good.
