I had the pleasure of visiting the urgent care & Alex was so helpful and nice to me. She definitely knew what she was doing , and was very capable at multitasking all of the other patients in the office & the phones. I hope her supervisor knows what kind of employee he has!

Whenever you are sick or in need of any care. go over to the pointe west urgent care, and hopefully you will have the help of Alexandria at the front desk. She was so helpful & kind. I felt like crap , and she was able to make me laugh & feel taken care of. Thank you

The security guy and patient registration lady was so rude to an expecting mother that was trying to check in. The registration person wasn’t using the basic manners of please and thank you. When ask for the supervisor she said you go find her and mind your business. Extremely rude! The security guard was co-signing with her..What happened to customer service..

The tech was kind, sympathetic and listened to my issues. Dr. Kathy took time to thoroughly examine me. She ordered X-rays and a nebulizer treatment in-office, as well as other medications. I was thoroughly impressed with the quality of care I received.

I felt terrible and saw my Dr. office, who prescribed a nasal allergy spray. Three days later my wife brought me here and I was seen by Christine Murray, who ordered a chest X-ray and diagnosed pneumonia in my left lung. She treated me aggressively with a steroid shot and prescribed the right combination of a steroid, antibiotic, and a nebulizer machine for breathing treatments. I got better quickly and am grateful for the outstanding care that I received - I work in sales and never missed a day of work because of the thorough treatment that Christine Murray provided!

We went to this urgent care yesterday for my husband to receive treatment. We are not from the area. We found the staff here to be courteous and efficient. Jessica and Kathryn treated my husband, we felt that they were very thorough. We did not wait long at all. Thank You.

This place is awful! The two women at the desk are extremely rude. When I arrived there, no hello or how can we help just 'you will have an hour and a half to 2 hour wait. Do you have your ID?' As one of them was entering my info on the computer, I asked the other for the location of the restroom. The response was 'Are you a patient?', I just pointed at the woman sitting 3 feet along the desk from her. So she says 'we reserve the right to not allow random people to use our facilities'. I was told that my ear infection required that I wear a mask. When a half hour later I said I was just going out to my car for a moment she said 'If you are not here when we call you...' At that point I had had enough and asked them to take me off their system. Went to Care Spot where everyone was very kind and I saw a doctor right away.
