Had my first facial here and it was amazing! Julie did a fantastic job explaining what was going on and the entire facial was relaxing. My skin looked so dewy and supple at the end. 10/10 recommend

This is hands-down one of the most unprofessional environments I’ve ever gotten services from. I went and got a procedure about two months ago and it only worsen my condition. When I asked about how long it would take for the procedure to yield the results I was told 2 weeks. I was patient and waited for a month. I didn’t see any results within that month and when I went in today she told me that it would take 6 to 9 months to see results, which is outrageous. If I had known it would’ve taken that long I would’ve never participated in this procedure, but it was not until I asked about it that they finally told me, post my procedure. They don’t check in on their clients progress, they handle your appointments poorly, and there’s virtually no communication at all. When I confronted my specialist, she gave me a cream, and basically told me to go figure out the rest by myself. They seem annoyed at your presence, annoyed with your concerns and completely indifferent about your progression. I would highly encourage people to seek services elsewhere because this place is extremely unprofessional and inconsiderate of their clients. It’s been two months now since my procedure and I am very dissatisfied with the progress that I made, in fact, I didn’t even make progress. I look worse than when I first got there. She did this to four clients and I am the fifth one. The procedure that I got done was Rejuvenated Cellulite for $4,000. Then I went to go get the Scluptra Liquid BBL which was almost $13,000. I had many sessions of massages which cost more than $800. Overall I spent almost $18,000 on these procedure in cash. Please I beg you do not waste your time with this establishment. You run the risk of worsening your condition, and coming out looking worse than what you came in with. Save yourself, self-esteem, money, and time.

This is horrible. My mother Aye Konte, went in to get 2 procedure done. Not one of the results that Dr. Miller Thresher told her would happen came to show. I’m truly disappointed in her working ethics. She has no integrity and is just money greedy. My mother didn’t get no results from her two procedures, and instead of the doctor trying to help her, she just simply neglected her. She spent almost 18,000 on her procedure, and couldn’t even come out with what she wanted. Be mindful, when you look at her reviews, there’s probably only one that talks about Dr. Miller- Thrasher, everything is a woman named Chelsea. Should've been the first red flag.

Please ladies save your time and money, because it pains me to see my mother devastated on something she thought she could have new profound confidence in, but didn’t.

I had my very first facial with Chelsea on 2/23, and I can honestly say I was a bit nervous because I’ve never allowed anyone to mess with my face. However, I trusted Chelsea enough that I knew she would get me started on improving my skin care regimen. I also loved how knowledgeable she was, and that she took her time. She understood that I have sensitive and oily skin. So she definitely paid attention to my skin care needs first and foremost. I will be returning before my birthday 3/13 🙂 for my next facial! I had my first facial with Chelsea at Innovative Surgical Arts and she was absolutely amazing!! If I could give more than 5 stars I would. I am dealing with some dry skin issues due to some health issues and I also have extremely sensitive skin. Chelsea took the time to ask about my skin concerns, goals, and products I use currently. She didn’t try to tell me I needed something that I didn’t need. She was easy to converse with and my hydrafacial and high frequency wand services were that much more enjoyable because of how amazing she was. My skin is glowing and feels great! I will be back!!! Thank you Chelsea!!!

This was my first time here and Chelsea did a wonderful job of welcoming me. She gave me a tour to showcase the different services that are offered at this location. I thoroughly enjoyed my facial, the experience was so relaxing. I will be returning in a month. My skin already looks better but I’m sure with consistency it will improve drastically. I am absolutely heart broken, and honestly traumatized by the experience my aunt had to go through. The way that they treated her there was absolutely unacceptable. And it’s the fact that even in our efforts to warn people in the comment section on her instagram account @dr.millerthrasher_isa she goes and hides/deletes our posts. My aunt went there and spent $18,000 in CASH on procedures ( Scluptra Liquid BBL, Rejuvenated Cellulite, massage sessions) that were meant to better aid her in seeing her body image, but instead lowered her esteem, and heightened her stress. The Dr. Miller holds no accountability to the distress she caused my aunt and the damage she caused to her body. She went there to fix her cellulite on the back of her thighs but instead left with it more lumpy than before, darker skin on the back of her thighs, and incision marks on the back of her thighs that scarred badly. Although the staff maybe good the work of Dr. Miller completely overshadows their efforts. SHE IS ONLY MONEY HUNGRY! Please do yourself a service and never step foot inside that clinic.

Chelsea was amazing! My face is super sensitive and she managed to work with it get it to glow, like I was a teen again. The whole office is super friendly and fun. Need more vibes like this elsewhere!
