Dr Davis is amazing. Shortly after I met with him for the first time, it was decided that I needed surgery on my ankle. Surgery was 4 days ago and I'm very pleased with how things have gone so far. From pre op to post op, he communicated with me, and let me know what to expect. The nurses are amazing, Mariah is also very sweet and knowledgeable and they genuinely care. So far I am recovering well. They have made sure I am comfortable and at ease through this whole process. They called me to check on me and I just can't say enough nice things about Dr Davis and his team!

Not sure how my review keeps getting deleted. I was referred here by my primary care doctor for treatment for fungus on my toes that has become painful and aggressive. Everyone whom I engaged with was very nice and respectful.

It wasn't until I met Dan the "Doctor" that I realized I was in the wrong place. At least according to him.

After introducing himself, he began by saying he had some bad news to tell me. He told me that fungus on my feet will always be there forever and there was no treatment or anything that he could do to help me or relieve any symptoms I was having. He then started telling me that there were no FDA treatments to get rid of fungus or help with it (that's a lie).

Seriously though, what is the point of making me come in to see the doctor if to begin there was nothing he could do for me?

Anyways, I let him continue talking about how I'm going to be stuck with this fungus on my feet forever. He was clearly upset about something outside of the room. Maybe he was mad at his Dad? Or maybe he's just an ?

Advice. if you are gonna step into a profession where a giant part of your job is to care about patients and their health than great. At least have the decency to treat every patient with respect and help them as much as you can.
I've never heard of a doctor telling a patient that there is nothing they could do for them. That's just mind blowing.

Hopefully this was just a one time occurrence and others are treated with more dignity.

Dr Davis is amazing. My painful ankle needed repair through surgery and he did a wonderful job. He was always willing to answer any questions I had and really took his time explaining. I’ve recommended him to many people as I couldn’t be happier with my outcome.

I appreciate Dr. Davis and his staff. They are friendly. They listen. I do feel as though I have to be more assertive and make sure I voice all my concerns in order to get answers. I typically don't have questions until I've processed the entire appointment hours later. They are really good at responding to email messages as well as returning phone calls!

My local SCL has a note on the door that basically says “take your bad attitude somewhere else” but neglects to inform staff to follow the same rule…passive aggression is the same as having a bad attitude.

I called the office to say I was running late due to a traffic accident causing delays and instead of compassion I was met with contempt and a passive aggressive attitude.

If we have an appointment clearly, we, the patient is in pain and already stressed out. When we call our medical providers we expect a sympathetic ear and a person on the other end to help rectify the situation not shame you or make you feel worse.

I experienced that latter with both the employee of the foot and ankle clinic and the staff at the main appointment line.

The front desk staff is a reflection of the Drs, which is a shame bc my preferred provider is great, it’s unfortunate that I wont get to find out how the actual service is because the front desk staff has issues.

Doctor Davis is great. Knowledgeable and helpful.

Something to note: Their office might charge you and your insurance twice for one visit if you move forward with a procedure on the same visit. My insurance (Aetna) is trying to argue that this must be covered under one bill and co-pay, but the doctor’s office told them that they can double this bill. So, just be careful and expect it if you visit them.

They don't do basic things a podiatrist is supposed to be doing. You're supposed to be cutting toe nails for a diabetic. That's in the job description. Toe nails are part of the feet. And on top of that, he has ingrown nails and other problems with them. This place is a joke. Off to find a Dr that actually wants to do their job. Zero stars if I could. I called and was told he's SOL for every other toe nail but they'll "happily remove the ingrown nail" yeah, don't bother.

Dr. Davis is an outstanding surgeon and has an excellent reputation among his peers. I can jog, walk and play sports like I used to, thanks to him. From sitting in his waiting room, I know he has the confidence of many long-term patients. In an ideal world, no one would ever have surgery. And if they did, it would come with a 100% guarantee. If I needed foot surgery again, I would see Dr. Davis!
