I have a chronic shoulder pain that has been bothering me for 10+ years. The pain was likely due to injury sustained during boxing training. Few months ago I have been diagnosed with arthritis and tendonitis in my left shoulder. My doctor recommended physical therapy and I chose Iron Health. Looking back I was so fortunate to pick Iron Health. After two month of therapy sessions (twice a week) my shoulder feels so much better, I am now able to lift weights again and I have no discomfort in my joints after lifting. Not only my shoulder has regained strength, but also range of motion and stability have improved significantly. Besides rehab and strengthening exercises dry needle therapy was very helpful. I am very grateful to Joe who is a true expert. Besides Joe, I also had therapy sessions with Tyler and David who are also fantastic. I highly recommend Iron Health to anyone looking to start physical therapy.
