Dr. Iaculli took the time to explain every step with us. What really stood out to me was the personalized care we received. He made sure to address all of my concerns, and was always available to answer questions, even between appointments.

I love this practice. Their staff is so warm and kind. My daughter was not excited about getting orthodontic work done, but now she looks forward to seeing our favorite Linda. This practice has two locations, but you see the same staff at both places. Dr. Iaculli really takes the time to address your concerns and look for multiple solutions for your issue. I highly recommend this practice!

I recently began the process of finding an orthodontist practice for my daughter. I never had braces and she's an only child so we're completely new to the industry. Braces are a big commitment. It's important that we make the best choice for our family and as such, I'm shopping around, interviewing and learning as much as I can.... We recently went for a free consultation at Dr Gray's office. First, the office manager was beyond delightful. She was genuine, friendly and detail oriented. The schedule was a bit full though, so be prepared for that. Upon arrival for our appointment we were greeted by an intake coordinator and walked through the most thorough and humane Covid 19 Precautionary measures I've ever experienced. The set up was such that we were not within 6 feet of ANYONE besides the persons we were immediately receiving service with. Everyone was masked. Our intake coordinator even taught my daughter a cool tying trick to help the adult size mask she was wearing fit her child sized face properly. Priceless..... Dr Gray's meeting was informative and well paced. He's a nice guy with a fatherly feel about him that put my nervous 9 year old at ease. I left with the feeling that our best all around care would be received here with Dr Gray and his wonderful support staff. We will definitely return and I highly recommend.

My son is nearing the end of his orthodontic treatment and we've always been happy there. Love them! Best decision ever for my son's teeth was to take him here!

Dr. Gray and his staff are a remarkable group of knowledgeable and caring professionals ! As an adult orthodontics patient they did a fabulous job of educating and guiding me through the Sure Smile process, which speeded up the length of time I wore my braces.

I cannot say enough good things about this place and the staff. My retainer had broken off a bit and I was desperate. From the moment I called and Beverly answered I knew they were pretty awesome. Beverly was amazing and when I stepped into the office the next day, she knew who I was and greeted me. Also Adrina, Dr. Gray's assistant was amazing, very very nice.
Dr. Gray was incredible. Made me feel at ease and continuously told me they were going to help me with my retainer. This whole staff felt like family. Im so happy I came here!!! THANK YOU ALL!! Lori
