Dr. Namnoum and his staff are very professional, personal, and incredibly knowledgeable. I had a reconstructive surgery with him in 2019, to which I felt genuinely cared for and taken care of. The communication from Cindi was above and beyond and made me feel included in every step of my surgery plan. The nursing staff is compassionate and bubbly. Their care made a significant difference in my experience. I had the pleasure of working with him again in 2023 for a small procedure and can say the care was just as consistent. After experiencing massive weight loss, I recently chose to have fairly extensive surgery performed by Dr. Namnoum in mid-December 2023.

I met with several surgeons both locally in Atlanta and in DC (a prominent 'skin removal/body contouring specialist') before choosing to work with Dr. Namnoum.

I was impressed after my first visit to the Office in April 2023. Dr. Namnoum took diligent notes and sent me a follow-up letter describing not only the procedures we'd spoken about but also a little bit about my history - showing how much attention he'd paid during our consult. Then, Dr. Namnoum's staff (including the incredible patient coordinator, Cindi & the incomparable Kim) were with me every step of the way from MULTIPLE emails with tons of questions, to booking another consult before making my decision to book, and then with me up until the day of surgery. His entire team is incredible, super available and ready to help. Also so reassuring.

I chose to work with Dr. Namnoum based on personal recommendations, the firsthand experience in Office with his awesome staff (I knew if they were this responsive & helpful pre-surgery, they'd be the same way post surgery) and finally - after seeing his results on past patients.

I had an amazing experience pre-surgery and am extremely happy with the results as well. Two weeks post-surgery I was already looking forward to booking another procedure. When choosing a surgeon I knew it had to be the RIGHT one. I looked at several but when I did my consultation with Dr. Namnoum I had no doubt in my mind that he was the ONE!Everyone on his team makes you feel so comfortable & informed from the very first phone call. Cindi was wonderful in accommodating me with my appointments & answering all of my questions from the very start. She is the kindest person. Nurse Kim went over every detail about the surgery at my pre op and always answered my texts & calls through the journey making me feel extremely comfortable & at ease. Dr. Namnoum is genuinely the nicest person & made me feel like family from day one. He took his time at my consultation and never made me feel rushed. He is innovative and talented in his art by coming up with a dovetailed plan for your specific body & needs. I am extremely happy with my results & decision to have my surgery with him and his team. I feel beautiful & love my body again after 2 babies. What an artist!

I waited a full year before leaving this review. I wanted to have a full experience before recommending something as important as a plastic surgeon. I cannot say enough about Dr. Namnoum. I planned to visit many surgeons, but I knew Dr. Namnoum was the right fit for my needs during the consultation.
Dr. Namnoum’s bedside manner is incredible. He made me feel comfortable, heard, and understood. I expected ego or to be rushed being such a prestigious doctor, but that was not the case at all.
He was able to show me similar before and after pictures to ensure I had realistic expectations. Honestly, I was hoping for more but knew the results would still be better than before surgery. My outcome WAS in fact even better than my expectations. My only regret is not doing my surgery earlier.
Cindy and Kim were incredibly fast to respond and always treated me as a friend before and after the surgery. That also made a big difference for me.
The consultation was easy. Surgery day was full of anxiety because my particular surgery was estimated to be around 9 hours. I had such “mom guilt” for an elective surgery but the staff did all they could to ease my nerves.
The surgery was almost exactly the time estimate so there was a very small amount of anesthesia overage costs.
The staff at the hospital left a little to be desired but that is not in the control of Dr. Namnoum. My nurse was brand new and struggled a bit with procedures and how to best support me. When Dr. Namnoum came around for rounds, he took his time with me and again made me feel like everything would be fine.
Follow up visits were great. I had no complications. When I had questions, I would call the office and they responded timely and with great patience. The entire nursing staff was great. Without question, my first call will be to Dr. Namnoum if I ever need another surgery

I had an all-around incredible experience at Atlanta Plastic Surgery with the staff and Dr. Namnoum. I was referred by a friend and was told he was the best. He definitely outdid himself. Before even coming into the office, I had several conversations with Cindi, Dr. Namnoum's assistant. She made me so comfortable and excited about coming in. She was so personable. I made it to the office, and Dr. Namnoum helped me with the shame I had of my body from a bad augmentation in 2005. He told me it could be fixed. Surgery was scheduled. After surgery, the way Dr. Namnoun's staff called to check on me and were there for any questions or concerns was pretty awesome. Everything about this experience has been very special. I am still in the healing process, but I have never been happier or had more confidence! I highly recommend Dr. Namnoum and Atlanta Plastic Surgery! I am so grateful for what you all have done to help me!
