Dr. Ratcliff is the kindest, calmest, most accessible doctor I think I have ever seen. He is culturally competent and unbelievably understanding. I have never had such a positive experience with a doctor in my life! I'm dealing with the most annoying tendon injury and he tells me it will improve despite my despair about it. You won't regret going to him for literally any of your foot needs.

I’ll go back to Dr Ratcliffe as needed and recommend him. I’ve seen him twice; once to remove a toenail and almost a year later to deal with the new toenail digging into my foot. Both times I was in and out within a matter of minutes with my issues resolved and suggestions for future self-care. He did not try to up-sell me on a toe fungus issue; he was honest with my situation and didn’t offer up the latest remedy that doesn’t work as I experienced years ago with another podiatrist. Dr Ratcliff was also personable and fun to talk with.

Dr. Ratcliff is a very nice and knowledgeable doctor. He's a good listener and he's very thorough. He addressed
what I should do to alleviate my foot pain. Proper shoes, and padding and taping of my foot and toe to help
the issue. I would highly recommend him.

My recent trip to see Dr. Ratcliffe was a good experience with him.
He listens, he is patient, and took time to remove my corn "painlessly". He answered all my questions without hesitation.
I am glad I changed Podiatrists, and will continue to see him.
Now, on the down side, the place was somewhat difficult to find. Their narrow driveway, with a tree in the center, made for a difficult parking situation. But there is an underground parking lot, if the others are full. It is not only narrow, but when UPS is parked there, getting around it wasn't easy. But they have several different parking areas, it is somewhat confusing.
Next time should be easier, as it's easy to spot the Mirage MRI building next door, and they are next to Dr. Ratcliffes building.
The business itself, is clean and decorated attractively, with mauve colored walls, with gold framed pictures. It felt calming.
One thing I like particularly, it doesn't have that "clinic" feel. It is not hectic nor noisy. The waiting room is tiny, but fortunately I only waited about 5 mins. The receptionist is very polite, and efficient, she was very busy on the phone, but managed just fine.
If the parking situation were better I would rate this 5 stars. but because of that will give 4 stars.
