Dr Jaret Butler performed a carpal tunnel procedure on my wrist in March 2023.

Due to my type 1 diabetes, which I have had for close to 50 years, I developed some severe complications with healing. Dr Butler and his PA Kristen Peanasky were very proactive in all phases of aftercare of my unfortunately ever worsening wound.

While the issue is not quite resolved, I am quite sure they will continue to monitor and care for my wrist until the time when it has completely healed. Highly recommend.

Fractured my elbow in a bicycle accident recently and Dr. Butler did a 3 hour surgery to repair it. I found him to be very professional and comforting as I was fearful pre surgery. He is a great doctor and I highly recommended him and his PA Kristin.

I had an outstanding experience with Dr. Butler. He took the time to clearly explain the issue and the options I had available to me. I opted for surgery and am so happy I did. The surgery was quick, painless, and professional - and ultimately alleviated chronic elbow pain that had persisted for years.

edit (1 year post surgery): Scarring is practically invisible and elbow has been completely pain-free since recovery. Honestly feels like I got a brand new elbow and the lack of pain is something I notice every day. Wish I could give more stars. Literally life-changing.

My husband was given an appointment with Dr. Butler after being seen at Sequoia Hospital after an accident caused damage to his forearm. We received little or no help from Dr. Bulter, whom we felt brushed us off due to age and possibly Medicare. My husband is still working and an active 77 years old. Dr. Butler stated the injury was beyond his expertise and recommended a specialist.

Made an appointment. He decided he was going to move office hours from Burlingame to San Carlos - didn't get the option to hold the spot and got bumped back. Doesn't feel like patient care is top of mind for Dr Butler, so finding a different orthopedist.
