The service it was just awesome, I always have Jim and Evan take the best care of my treatment. I do knee therapy and we have so much fun while I'm there, it feels like a great team of people working to get you back on the go and they know me by name so I get the best care, this is not my first time coming but the service is still the same. I am totally satisfied with Dr. Easom and all the staff members of Middle Georgia Orthopaedics. My questions were all answered and I have had a great experience with the healing of my hand. I also greatly appreciate the help of Karen Stewart, the occupational therapist who has helped me get my hand working well again.

After a horrible experience at the office which due to their clerical negligence I lost my job. The next issue was I never got my aftercare paperwork so I was unaware that physical therapy was to start a week out from surgery. Lastly during a second opinion I found out what a horrid execution of surgery on my knee. I wouldn’t recommend this place or the surgeon. I pray that karma someday will visit him due to the fact my knee remains in worse condition than it was before surgery.
Update you want me to do a reply outside of the review or so it seems which seems like you want to hide your mistakes. You can’t fix the issues and the damage that was done. I genuinely wanted to seek out legal assistance for the fact I’ll never be right after you and your team dropped the ball constantly. I chose not to. Just do better and fire some of your employees. I know I got fired from my job due to their negligence.

Dr. Easom took the time with me to figure out where my pain originated from. I advised I didn't want medication but just to find out my diagnosis and how to prevent further hip issues, he was in agreement and ordered more imaging to get down to the bottom of it. He is very caring and wanted to help me find the root cause instead of just giving medications to numb the pain!

The only negative is the waiting. My appointment was at 2pm, I arrived 20 minutes early and then had to wait until 2:50pm to be called back. That's totally not acceptable. After seeing the doctor and completing my appointment, I left at 3:15pm. No issues with staff or doctors, just don't understand why the extremely long wait especially when you have an appointment.
