Dr. Martone himself, is very attentive, a wonderful listener to my issues, and thorough with his plan for my medical wellness. I would recommend him others! On the other hand, the staff leaves much to be desired. Asking for something a s simple as using a phone to contact my ride home ( I unfortunatly left mine home), was a disaster and caused me to practically beg for a phone to use. I was litterally laughed at. I asked 5 times. Needless to say, I walked to the Town hall and a wonderful woman contacted Dial-A-Ride for me and I was driven home. I have a spinal condition and the walk was tough on me. This all occured because neither of his staff would let me use any of the phones that were an arms reach in front of them! I found one 'woman?)mentally unstable, incompetant, and definitely unprofessional and NASTY. She has longer, dark and unkept hair. Kinda short, physically. I am a 65 yr old woman, kind and stable. I did nothing to provoke what happend between that lunatic and myself. This is a serious situation that occured just last week. ...she literally snapped. And the older woman just sat and watched what happened, and never offered me her cell phone....or the office phone. Trinity Health is aware of what was done to me.

Dr Martone is awesome!! He fixed issues other doctors ignored and did nothing for me. Dr. Martone told me exactly what my options are and included me in the decision. He has a great bedside manner. Thank you Dr. Martone! I wish I could give you 10 stars.

I have finally found a very caring and understanding foot doctor.Dr. Martone takes his time with you and goes into great lengths to make sure you understand what your foot problem is and what procedure he will be using.I am so pleased with my outcome.Thank you again and again!
