Working with Micheal of Jocson’s Physical Therapy and Strength Training was an amazing experience for my son. Obviously, no one wants to need physical therapy but my son was almost half way through sports-related knee surgery rehab when we moved to Clermont area. This meant we had to find someone with expertise in that area that we could trust to help him finish the rehab process. We spoke with many therapists and decided on Jocson’s due to his background in both physical therapy and strength training. Also,he treats clients on a 1-on-1 basis instead of multiple at a time like most offices. It’s a smaller office but he has more updated equipment than places triple the size! My son was cleared for return to play a couple months early and I honestly can’t thank Micheal enough. I know it was because of the focused and intentional work he did with him. You’d be hard pressed to find a better therapist and person. He truly cares as well!

After dealing with low back pain for over 10 years along with other musculoskeletal issues, it was a true blessing to find Michael Jocson, PT. He combines a vast knowledge crafted by over 25 years of experience with the heart of a teacher. His training as both a physical therapist and strength coach allows him to meet clients where they are in their health journey. After working with Michael for only 6 weeks, I have less pain than I have in years and through our combined vision of progressing to pain free strength training I am confident the best is yet to come!

Micheal is amazing! His personalized therapy and training has been integral in my daughter healing from a sports related back injury. Michael has been my wife and my trainer for months.
We have years of experience with personal trainers.
He is very competent and good to work with.
He has a small studio with a wide range of professional equipment.
He personalized our stretching and resistance training to our needs and modified it as he got to know our abilities and limitations. I tumbled on a recent hiking trip injuring my shoulder.
When I got a script from my Dr for physical therapy I chose Michael as he is also a licensed therapist. It was not a quick fix but its getting steadily better and he explains in detail what he finds and his. procedures. Very data oriented with manipulation and my feedback.

Michael has been amazing at treating and diagnosing an issue I have been struggling with for YEARS.

I am a former athlete and currently have a very physically demanding profession. In 2020 a car accident exacerbated a series of injuries and I have been in severe chronic disabling pain… until starting with this practice. He’s been so great I’m literally driving from Tampa to continue treatment.

After my first appointment I was able to exercise without discomfort, after the second appointment and at home follow ups I was able to stop taking most of my pharmaceuticals pain medicine.

I could not recommend Michael more highly for physical therapy. (I’ve seen about 8 different therapists who have tried and failed to give me long term results)

It’s so refreshing to have a practitioner who goes the extra mile and cares to really identify the source of pain - instead of just the symptoms.
