Dr. Chao is truly a cool doctor! He explains everything in detail with pictures to be even more thorough. His explanations were simple yet precise and specific to what I needed to hear. Most of all, his patience allowed me at ask questions after every explanation. I was totally relieved and relaxed after leaving his office.

After an injury to my foot/ankle that left me with a foreign object inside of it, Dr. Chao made me feel completely at ease when discussing my options for treatment. Dr. Chao surgically repaired the failing arch in my left foot one year ago. Now I can walk barefoot again! I highly recommend Dr. Chao for his kind manner and depth of foot knowledge. The photo is 2 weeks after surgery.

The best doctor. Not only is he extremely friendly and patient, but he really takes his time to actually explain to you in thorough detail what your issue might is and the best course of action for it. It was my first surgery ever and I’ve been a little scared thinking I’m having complications (when I’m really just paranoid) he squeezed me in a for a walk in visit the same day to reassure me and run new X-rays to explain the after care pain I was feeling just to set my mind at ease. I was literally in the office past the hours of operation lol. He actually cares about his patients, that’s not a quality that all doctors have.

This was my time to visit Dr. Chao on Wednesday Oct. 16 for my plantar fasciitis. Dr. Chao was just like a known friend /family member with such a professional to treat me with my symptoms. We need more doctors just like Dr. Chao!

Dr. Chao is top notch.
Obviously his credentials and reviews are great but what had me sold was his comment from the intro video that he'd care for his patients like his own family. 3 months out from the ankle surgery, I can confirm that he really does live upto his words. This is a doctor who performs as great as expected, and makes sure to take time explaining everything through tight schedule and goes that extra mile answering questions after hours. All the office staff were friendly and professionl as well. I would recommend him to anyone with confidence.

Great Dr.!!! Helped my son tremendously with his broken ankle. Very insightful and professional! I would recommend anyone with broken bones or lower limb injuries to visit or seek his expertise!!
