I had my third rhinoplasty procedure with Dr. Hilinski after two bad nose jobs years ago with a surgeon in Beverly Hills. Although I am still early out, I am incredibly impressed with the result and his meticulous work. His expertise in the field especially with rhinoplasty, ethnic skin etc, is the reason I chose him and I am so glad I did. Everything looks very natural. While he is on the conservative side I trust his aesthetic eye and knew he would give me a more youthful and refreshed appearance, which he did. If I get anymore work done in the future, he will definitely be my surgeon for all things face. He is just that skilled, and you want an extremely skilled surgeon when it comes to your face! He also responded to all my emails and phone calls post op, if I had questions or concerns. His staff are really great, especially Nicole his office manager who has been amazing and supportive every step of the way. Excellent experience overall.

When my daughter was about to turn 18 and ready for a rhinoplasty, I encouraged her to search carefully for the plastic surgeon she thought would be best. Dr. Hilinski is an amazing physician. I’ve seen him for a number of years to fix a scar on my nose from staph infection. He did a smaller surgery on it ~10 years ago to majorly fix it. Later, when I was ready he did a bigger surgery to completely fix it and one more procedure after to do the final touch. I’m extremely pleased with my results. He's talented and offers a variety of options and choices. He’s got great bedside manner and very skilled hands. Dr. Hillinski is very professional, caring and thoughtful, I am grateful to have meet him and for him to help me to improve my ears shape, as I did my research I found not many surgeons in USA would do ear re shaping specially around the helix, I talked to him and he was honest upfront that he was more conservative in the results so I was not to happy about it in the begging, I understand now that he wanted to be conservative because you can’t grow back the tissue, he has listened to me (and I say listen because you can hear someone without really understanding them) and worked towards my initial goals/ wants more than 2 times, thank you for every talk that relaxed me in the surgical room.
