Dr. Keith and his staff were excellent. I had my vaginoplasty in Somerville on 6-12. Everything was explained very thoroughly before the procedure. The staff was so kind and understanding. Every post op concern was explained and the post op care was amazing. His assistant Kate is great. I can't say enough good about my experience with them and the satisfaction of having my bottom fixed. Depth is great, pain was tolerable. I would give them 6 stars if possible.
Quick update: it's been over a year. Everything healed nicely, very happy with the results. Depth is great, sensations good. Dr Keith, Kate and team gave me a life i am happy with. No more hiding in the shadows, I'm proud of my body now and enjoy going out and being me!

Reading through the reviews is a clear way to see how often things go well and how amazing the staff was in those situations. What I will say in looking through is you don't see many who had complications. I did have complications, and really, the true sign of how amazing this team is is how they responded to that. Each time that I had issues or concerns, the team was there to assist me. Even after a full year later, when I brought up some of my ongoing concerns, I was not dismissed but validated in my concerns. I could not recommend this team more for how compassionate they have been. It took me quite a bit to even consider getting vaginoplasty. I honestly knew that I wanted Dr. Keith to perform my surgery after my first visit. Kate has always been so kind and willing to answer any questions. And I never feel more welcome than when I walk into the office and am greeted with Jill's inviting personality. This is a team that treats you more like family than a patient. They truly care about what they do, and this really shows through in their work. I could not recommend them more if you are considering them.

I genuinely don't even know if I can express just how much I owe to Dr Keith and his team. I'm two months out from surgery and I couldn't have asked for better people to guide me through this process. I had seen Dr Keith speak, and heard stories of friends and colleagues who had worked and gotten surgery with him before I even met him and I just instantly knew that he was the right doctor for me. He immediately makes you feel at ease and even more so, he put my boyfriend and my parents at ease through the whole process, never hesitating to answer any of their questions. The entire staff - Jill, rut, Danielle, everyone that works in the office truly always always always are go genuine and sweet. Kate is a life saver and has amazing bedside manner.

The results of my surgery are incredible even at only 2 months and I've been healing incredibly, which I take as a testament to Dr Keith's quality and dedication to his craft. I could not recommend him more to anyone

Dr Keith and his amazing team helped me through what was quite possibly the most difficult portion of my transition. He is an amazing doctor with the ability to empathize with this patients. His staff are wonderful, caring, kind and responsive. Whenever I needed them for anything, they got back to me immediately. Dr. Keith would even reassure me when I got a guilty conscience for having to frequently contact him during recovery. For anyone going through surgical transition, I cannot recommend Dr. Keith and his staff enough. They're the best!

Wonderful practice. Dr. Keith is an extraordinary surgeon. Seeing my results, I could cry I’m so happy. The rest of the staff is great at well. Both Dr. Keith and his PA Kate are available through email. Jill at the front desk is very sweet and welcoming. Dr. Keith and his team are incredible to work with. I had a horrible experience with a different surgeon cancelling my surgery due to my weight several days just before the scheduled surgery. Dr. Keith was not only willing to perform surgery on someone my size, but he was also kind and non-judgmental in discussing my weight and how it would affect the surgery. He was honest and thorough in explaining what kind of results I should expect, and my results ended up being even better than I expected. The whole team is brilliant and so kind. Jill is the ultimate cheerleader— she is honest and so helpful regarding getting everything in order to make surgery possible. Kate is absolutely wonderful— she helped me with excellent medical advice when my incision was being stubborn. And Dr. Keith is a mastermind. He truly cares about his patients, and his whole vibe is professional, positive, and energetic. He’s a very busy guy doing amazing things for our community, and in spite of that, I always felt like he had time for me, whether it be through direct contact or through provided resources.
