The wait time literally took my husband over 2 hours to be seen. Total in all 3 hrs! That is just ridiculous, I work in an office and if my patient’s had to wait that long we would be out of business! The doctor we love but just think staff should be trained on scheduling the appointments correctly for the appropriate time.

I got care but never got what I needed. When I was given a referral I’d be referred to a doctor an hour away who hasn’t called me back. Or I’ll go have 6 different lab procedures and get told they don’t know the results.
It’s been 6 months and they still don’t know what’s going on. Now they don’t answer the phone or say they’ll call back.

She is great and so is the staff. After so many years of being sick and not knowing she was able to find out what was really wrong and now we are on a journey to fix it.

I’ve been going to this office for a few years just for my yearly which means I only go once a year because I don’t get sick and today I had the worse experience Dr. Etienne is normally wonderful but the lady at the front desk is terrible and rude. She hung up on me and kept placing the phone down instead of asking me to hold. I called in for a prescription refill for like a week until I could get in to be seen because without it causes frequent migraines, tiredness and other health issues and Susan refused to speak with the doctor about it. It’s ridiculous. When I asked for an appointment she wanted to let me know that payment was due ahead of time like anyone asked her that. This office clearly only cares about money and not the health of its patients.

The staff is friendly. They make sure you are taken care of as well as make you feel welcome. Josette has great bedside manner and she explains everything and encourages questions when it comes to your health. You can tell the office really cares about their patients. I recommend them to anyone looking for a family doctor!

Please stay far far away from this practice. They are error driven, unprofessional, and slow to see patients due to personal gossip sessions in the back. My first bad experience occurred when my daughter was giving a false negative Covid test. At the time I was a Covid nurse so I knew that my daughter was exhibiting all the symptoms that said that she had COVID-19 to include loss of taste. We took her to this place to be tested and was told that she was negative. I continued to treat her as if she was positive Because I knew those results could not have been accurate. A few days later I received a phone call from this office saying that there was a mixup in their labs and they had to redo the test and my daughter had actually tested positive. The next bad incident occur when my mother’s vital signs were input in the system incorrectly. She called the office to let them know immediately however after several attempts to plead with them to correct the error, they stated it was ok and should not cause any harm! Really the wrong medical data such as blood pressure should not cause harm. Wow!!! No integrity! My final straw with this poorly run, unprofessional establishment occurred when I had to wait an hour past my appointment time just to be called back for vitals. After bringing this to the attention of the staff and being the Only person in the waiting room I was told that the NP would call me back shorty. Another 15 mins pass and I get called to the back. I have to give a urine sample and prior to turning it in I notice the wrong name was labeled on my bottle. I bring this to their attention and they act annoyed with me for their Mistake. A staff member also took it upon herself to contact someone I knew to let them know that I was in the office and I was not happy with them and used vulgar language in the message. Little did they know that the message was sent to me. I brought it to the attention of Miss Josette and common to her unprofessional behavior she begins to blatantly lie and make up stories irrelevant to what I was calling her for Which was to address her staff about discussing patient information to other people. This review is just the beginning of what I will do to ensure patient safety satisfaction and respect when receiving care. This place needs to be looked at and shut down immediately!!!

Josette is great! I’ve only spoken to her a couple of times and seen her once but she was very knowledgeable and compassionate.
The reason I didn’t give full stars is because there’s a lack of communication. I needed the results for an X-ray and called 4 times trying to get it. Secondly I needed a refill on medication, I called my insurance a month ahead for them to call this office to make sure it was all planned out. I am now behind and out of my meds and still nothing from the office to refill it. Very unhappy.

This is the worst medical facility I've ever been to. My family and I relocated to Georgia due to military orders.Josette is extremely rude. She has no bed side manors. The phones are never answered when trying to reach them. Everyone there walks around with an attitude. I called to have a referral submitted to Tricare for a OBGYN. Josette told me with such attitude that she was not going to do it and that I had to wait two weeks because she just hired someone to do it, but she was out on a covid 19 quarantine. I asked about the person that worked in the office that normally sends Tricare referrals and she told me that he was available to do it but she didn't feel like asking him. As a military spouse, I will not advise anyone military or nonmilitary to seek any medical care from this rude and knowledgable person. If I could give her no stars I would.
