Dr. Juan has got to be the most caring, compassionate, wonderful doctor I have had the privilege of knowing.
He is always concerned about my care and well being. He takes his time and doesn't rush through my visits. He listens and understands!

Love Dr. Yordan. He’s patient, thorough, has great bed side manner and actually listens. I’ve seen him for many different reasons including mental health. I’ve never felt judged, only cared for. So happy I found him! My husband sees him too!

These posts on here stating how great of a Doctor he is are written by his family/practice. He is inattentive, doesn't seem to care about your issues, or maybe he's prejudice. I started going to him after a week hospital stay from complications after being off my blood pressure meds for almost 2 weeks, so I WAS seeing him for BP meds. You know he refuses to send in a prescription for my meds since I have not been there since September 2018. I don't go because he's rude. I also seen him for a urinary tract infection and he prescribed medication. After finishing meds, the problem seemed to worsen to the point I was bent over and couldn't walk. I was at work when this occurred & was advised to call my pcp. I did & he refused to see me & I was advised to go to Urgent Care. So I had to pay another medical expense for an issue that I paid my pcp for! People beware of the fake reviews!

Went there last year (August) and was treated very rudely by the front desk regarding paperwork they never sent me,. I vowed I’d never go back. Now, March 2019, I receive a bill in the mail for $25. When I called billing, they said they would NOT remove it saying it was for an appointment on March 3rd that I missed! I did NOT make an appointment because I was NOT going back!! When I called the doctor’s office, and spoke to his nurse, Mercy, she said they automatically make a six-month appointment and if you do not show up, they bill $25. I put this ridiculousness on social media and one person said the same thing happened to him. Another person said that she worked in that office and quit because of unscrupulous billing practices that she witnessed. By the way,, I called asking for help with this erroneous billl and instead of helping me, the doctor’s nurse hung up the phone on me! If you want to be treated rudely - go here - otherwise take heed and head elsewhere. Sure wish someone had warned me!
