Dr. Wylie may be great if you need a bandaid and a smile, but if you need actual care, please stay away from this place. Dr. Wylie told me I was fine, when in fact I was actively on my way to dying from stage 3 cancer. The signs were obvious. It is horrifying that San Ysidro Health brought him back to jeopardize more people. He went as far as to call when he saw my review and be rude instead of feeling bad. He didn't even remember me, even though he knew he had misdiagnosed me and I almost died. Wouldn't someone who cared about their patients remember a mistake like that? Great for if you have a cold , but if you value your life, please stay away.

Dr Wiley insured me that vitamin d and vitamin K are water soluble. When I told him they were fat-soluble he assured me I was wrong. Turns out they didn't teach him that in m e d school. It just seemed like a very simple thing that a doctor should know.

Dr. Wiley was wonderful in helping me with sore throat, cough, headache. I was seen within an hour as a walk in. He ran diagnostic tests including strep and Covid-19. I felt so supported and appreciative to have an MD available to me versus driving over an hour for care at UCSD. Dr. Wiley grew up in Julian. Julian Family Medicine is a jewel for the residents of Julian and surrounding areas.

This review is for San Ysidro Health that opened in Julian replacing the Julian Health Center. I do not have health insurance. I came in for some health issues I was having. They ran a blood test on me and told me they would call to give me the results. They called me and told me they would need to charge me another $100 to tell me the results. This was for the “visit” that was just the doctor telling me the results of the test. They are billing me for the tests but will not provide me with the results unless I pay the additional $100. I was not informed of this until they called me to give me the results. Unethical to me, will not recommend to anyone else in our community.

This place is everything that is wrong with the medical system ...my son who's going through some hard times walked into your clinic and told the receptionist that he was having thoughts of harming himself and you gave him a card and sent him away what is wrong with you
