It’s so convenient to have options for picking up prescriptions depending on where I’m at. Thanks for all you do and the great staff that answered all my questions before I drove to pick up my daughter’s meds.

Been picking up medication for my husband for years at multiple Kaiser locations including this one and never had a problem until today at this SB location. The woman at the counter wouldn't release his medication to me with his MRN and DOB, but insisted that I recall the exact name of his medication. There was only one prescription I filled for him but she refused to help me without me naming the singular prescription. I had to pull up his in kp.org and research the details in front of her. I felt as if she was policing me. It was humiliating, unnecessary, and time consuming. She was very rude and spoke to me as if I was stealing.

Can’t find any good doctors I’ve changed 2 already Not very helpful doctors is like they don’t care about their patients .. If anyone knows a good Kaiser doctor at San Bernardino or Redlands location please let me know I had dr Raquel Montoya but she was no help at all she did not listen to any of my questions and concerns she just completely ignore my concerns

Dr. Barbosa and her staff was very professional, timely and helpful during the medical appointment. They made me feel very comfortable, the examination was thorough and they answered all of my questions. I left feeling that my medical coverage was in good hands.
Since I am an elderly patient, this is very important to me.

So this is my first year attending Kaiser.. Sorry to say it's not what I expected. I messed up so come the new year I'm going back to my old Doctor who's a 40 minutes away. I thought it would be convenient since there in San Bernardino . Boy was I wrong.

This is my local Kaiser , I loved going to see my doctor she along with all of my doctors are the greatest, however the pharmacy has really changed, they kept me waiting for over 3 hours to the point I had to send my son for my medication that was not completed even after I ordered most all of it online through the app. The lab staff were rude that day an used me as their punching bag trying to get blood. It was an awful experience that day. I still can't believe 😪 😢 it .

I don't know what happened to the quality of the service the pharmacy use to have with the patients if you wait in the pharmacy they take up to 3 hours to fill your prescriptions I wait for 2 hours and 40 minutes and I left.
Than I try to reach the pharmacy by phone and the automatic service Response was the waiting time is greater than 3 hours is this a joke!.

My medication can't wait I use blood thinners and other medications for heart disease and they careless every since they offered prescriptions by mail they got lazy and rude I use to love Kaiser Permanente now they are worse than community hospitals.

My premium is not cheap I pay $507.00 per month and this is the way they care for patients and their lives definitely I may not renew my coverage with them I have been with kaiser since 2005.

Now i can't recommend this health care provider Fontana is the same wha a ridiculous and mediocre service they provide to us the only good thing they have now are the dedicated doctor's but this is not enough loma linda has good doctors as well .
