I'm very disappointed. I made an appointment about a week ago. I live in the middle of nowhere and it's a two hour drive in GOOD weather from where I live to get there. I left with extra time to spare because the roads were slick in some areas due to blowing snow/strong winds the day before. I am about halfway there when I get a call today saying they had to cancel my appointment because the doctor went on maternity leave. I'm upset because it was very last minute and I was already on my way, an hour into my drive. Very unprofessional to cancel on people the day of an appointment. I wouldn't be as upset if I had been given some kind of warning ahead of time that this might happen. I understand that things happen but I should have been given some kind of heads up before the day of my appointment and I could have made the decision to go here or find somewhere else. If you are that close to maternity leave I think it's only fair to give your patients that have appointments coming up a warning that they may have to be canceled. They did offer me an appointment in Avon but that is an extra two hours from my already two hour drive. Waste of time and gas.

Doctor Bernhard did not make me wait more than 5 minutes. He reviewed my case and quickly explained what my options are. He prescribed medicine that was inexpensive and suggested I only return to see him if it does not work! He was direct and fast.

Dr. Kaitlyn Bernhard is a miracle worker. My dogs were barking before I went to see her. She literally solved all of my foot problems in one visit. I could not be happier. No up-selling, no repeated follow up visits, and she didn't over-treat my feet! I highly recommend her.

I see that there are positive reviews on here. That was not my experience with Dr. Bernhard. I felt that she did not take time to explain things well, despite me asking questions. I subsequently went to another doc and had a completely different experience in treating my foot. I would not recommend Dr. Bernhard.

Wish I had gone to see the doctor sooner! I've been struggling with plantar fasciitis for months and Dr Bernhard helped me with the correct treatment and plenty of information to help me move forward. No wait time in the office and the Dr took the time to answer all my questions.
